I am very disappointed to be writing this review. I try to only write positive ones.... This truly deserves one star but i feel bad for the guy working by himself. Stopped here with my mom for lunch. Sat down, was greeted by somebody (who admitted she didnt even work there) got coffee and water. Finally after about 15 minutes the server/cook/busser/manager comes and takes our order. My mom ordered chicken paprikash and a muffin and I ordered the turkey bacon club($15.99 on the menu)so i figured it would be great, club sandwiches are a favourite of mine. One hour later and our food was still not up, so we decided that we should just cancel our order and move on. Flagged the guy down, told him we were in a bit of a time crunch and needed to cancel our order. He told us "let me see where "they"(he) were on the sandwich) and went back to the kitchen. 5 minutes later he comes out with our plates after we asked him to cancel our order. My mom refused the paprikash as it was a weird gray colour and didnt look or smell like paprikash. My sandwich was absolutely sorry for $16. I felt bad for the guy working by himself so i just asked him to box it up so I could take it. The sandwich didnt even have half of the ingredients that it was supposed to have. It has some skimpy turkey and a bunch of broken up, old bacon on it. It was almost as if he forgot about our order and tried to save face AFTER we decided to cancel the order. I reluctantly paid for the sandwich, which is still uneaten, and left without waiting for my change. I sadly wont be back. $16 Sandwich in picture. $17.50 if you include the coffee.

I stopped here for lunch and ordered the hot turkey sandwich. My food came right out and looked good. The turkey was moist and tender, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were very tasty. Overall, this was a great lunch, and I will stop here again.
