So the soup was fantastic!, but the smoothie was disgusting. They use Nescafé milk powder in it, and the mango is something called 'mango jam'. It was so bad, and they insisted everyone loves them. Yeah right. Also, they serve tea by the cup. Every Japanese or Chinese restaurant I have ever been to provides a pot to the table. Thanks, but no way.

We ordered some appetizers (friend pork pot stickers & tempura shrimp), which were fine and good. The main course we ordered was the soup with Ramen and pork with chicken and fish cake. It was not bad as well. Not cool that they charge per cup of tea instead of bringing a kettle for the table and what we really couldn't swallow were the mango smoothies at the end. The smoothies looked a pale yellow and tasted of powdered milk/mango. They definitely don't use any real mango pulp in making these smoothies, and when we asked for a refund of the smoothies which we couldn't drink they only refunded us for one of the two smoothies. Not worth the $6 they charged for each of them.
Awesome Ramen shop! You get a huge bowl of ramen and it's not ridiculously priced. Some of their drinks are good too like the black/tea mango drink. If you haven't been and you like Ramen it's 100% worth

We ate here today on a recommendation from a friend. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. My husband had the Pad Thai with pork and shrimp extra spicy. I had the Spicy Udon noodles eith pork. We shared a bowl of spicy Ramen with pork and an order of spring rolls. We really enjoyed everything!Wheelchair accessibility: There were no stairs and is wheelchair accessible.
I've heard great things about this place, so I was surprised when our steamed dumplings and egg in our ramen were both cold. The service was quick, but the food on the Saturday when we went was not up to par.

2nd time wife & I ate here. We had the same server Makayla who is awesome & the food was again phenomenal we will definitely continue coming back & the chicken fried rice was the best we’ve ever
U Ramen is a great addition to Sandusky! A simple and well crafted ramen cuisine.We shared a few apps and a ramen and all were great! Textures, flavors, and style all go well!Glad they came to town. This will be a place to stop by more often for sure!
