What a bad experience, they have the worst employee. One of the drive thru employee didn’t handle to take a big order. I can definitely see him behind the window how he react. My voice was so clear to him and what I ask was so clear. The way he did t understand what I said it’s his issue. They shouldn’t hire this kind of people. At the end they send me someone speak Spanish and I’m don’t speak Spanish which is so disappointed

Pretty good Wendy's. Typical Wendy's food, but the restaurant seemed decently clean. Staff was friendly when we ordered. The soda machine had a good selection and worked properly.

Very disappointed! We went 20 min to closing and ordered food. When we pulled away and checked our food we noticed half of our order was missing. We went back and asked and they said they were out of frostys when we were missing 3 frostys. They did not tell us this before we pulled away and to compensate they offered us two large cokes which does not equal the money we paid for the frostys. We paid for frostys we never got and would have not even gotten half of our order if we didn't check our bags before leaving. Not a good experience and wish they would have told us about being out of frostys before ordering so we would have chosen to not pay for something we were not going to get.

Food was made incorrectly 2 times. Chicken was hard and room temperature. Remade the 2 sandwiches and messed them up too. Got a 4 piece chicken nugget and only got 3..

We were in there at 11am they screwed up the order they would replace the burger then they made us look like we were the bad guy when they can't read and one of there employees gave my family a hard time and her name is Corinne and one of my family members is a diabetic

Took my husband 3 trips to get me a hamburger. Notice it says hamburger not cheeseburger. He even told them hamburger with no cheese. Then the b on the phone was rude. Teach these kids to listen to what is ordered. Hamburger has no cheese and cheeseburger does. 🙄

Good experience, ate dine-in but they didn't call our name or number when our food was ready? Could be problematic if your order was the same as someone elses. Seemed this was the norm since the front of the store was packed with people watching for their orders. Made accessing the beverages, utensils, and sauces very cumbersome.
