Now normally I’m not one to make a bad review complaining, but this had to be the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant (including all fast food places). If I could give 0 stars I would. There were three ladies working and none of them wore gloves while handling food, even touching their hair and scratching their scalps right in front of us. Like I actually watched the girls use their hands to transfer frozen chicken into the fryer and such. Not to mention they were all on their phones without washing hands even ONCE while I was sitting there for over a half hour waiting for mine and my husband’s food. One girl was even sweet at the beginning while taking our order but the idea that my food could possibly have hair, grease, dandruff, or bacteria from each of their phones made me almost walk right out without our food even after paying for it. Not to mention while we were trying to order a friend of the workers came in, cut in front of us, and got a discount from the workers, which is fine but they talked for like 8 minutes before we could order. Even while handling trash bags full of trash I saw one girl continue making food. I was going to say something but going online and reading the reviews I was genuinely not about to get yelled at or talked to disrespectfully as other reviews have stated these girls have been to them. Extremely upset and disappointed because we were looking forward to be able to have some wings at the new place. Definitely higher up management needs to pay attention to cameras and take action to follow sanitary guidelines and policies.

this wingstop is ABSOLUTELY disgusting!
I wanted 30 minutes for my food and while waiting, i got to watch the girls cooking our food while playing on there phones and talking, the worst part is.. one of them was carrying her wig/weave while working with food and the customers at the register. not to mention absolutely no one is wearing gloves in this place… disgusting

When they first opened the food was great, loved it. But, the last 2 times I ordered (in a 2 month period) tonight 11/1 being the 2nd time. The chkn is sitting in a puddle of oil. It's aweful. Too, expensive to not edible. Very disappointed!!!
Rudest employees ever, wings were mixed and piled in a box with all 4 seperate sauces mixing, fries sat out for an extended amount of time and were cold when received. Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere.

The food itself was good, but the staff and service were absolutely terrible. The lady upfront was extremely rude and was on her cell phone the entire time. There were a line of people who she completely ignored, and another worker was complaining about being short staffed and said to “wait your turn” when i asked for my order, even though the order was supposed to be done in 10 minutes, and it took 40 minutes for it to be finished.
I understand being short staffed and not wanting to work, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude to customers. Terrible service.

Staff is rude, manager pulls me aside INFRONT OF PEOPLE because I’m sorry if you are gonna be rude I am going to put you in your place. The online order said 10 minutes at 6:45PM I get to the place at 7:10PM. Employees look lost. Teenagers overwhelmed being RUDE AND SHORT, the manager felt as though it’s appropriate to tell me how to feel. It was never about the wait, it was about the interaction that he condoned. My food was cold, fries weren’t seasoned.
Wingstop is my favorite fast food. Sandusky may be a new location, but that doesn’t give the right to anyone to be unkind. I order from there time and time again, and I’m just really displeased with what took place. Be the change you want to see. You don’t want customers being rude, then it starts with the staff. Smile, be attentive, and most importantly it’s not a customers fault the time on the ticket is wrong for the customer, we don’t work there, and the reality is, we go by what it tells us when we place an order to-go.

Ordered a pick up. My husband checked the ticket and saw chicken and left. They forgot the fries because the fry print out ticket was on the other side of the bag where he and other workers didn't see it!
So he goes back and hands the tickets back and explains. Finally gets home and the fries are wrong due to the seasoning so 2/3 of us can't eat them.
Not a great first experience with this store. Never had a problem with other stores before we moved close to this location, so I'm hoping it is a fluke?

Set an online order around 4pm to be picked up at 6pm… and it was still 20 minutes late. The lobby was overflowing with rude teenagers who seemed to have been waiting for their friends to get off of their shift. Staff was poorly dressed and not attentive at all. On the bright side, the fries and ranch were banginnnn.
