Ordered a pick up. My husband checked the ticket and saw chicken and left. They forgot the fries because the fry print out ticket was on the other side of the bag where he and other workers didn't see it!
So he goes back and hands the tickets back and explains. Finally gets home and the fries are wrong due to the seasoning so 2/3 of us can't eat them.
Not a great first experience with this store. Never had a problem with other stores before we moved...

The food was good and customer service was attentive. I don’t understand yall leaving reviews as if the place has been open for months when it’s been maybe a week. It’s NEW people, working NEW jobs and figuring out NEW processes. The majority of the city has been flocking there in anticipation. They’re overwhelmed. Show some empathy. Stop being so critical
