I got the Ruben sandwich. There was barley any meat on it and the corned beef was BROWN .After having 2 bites my stomach was hurting. I hope I didn't get food poisoning. Plus when I took it back for a refund an employee was making sandwiches, using a phone and handling cash . 1st and last time there.

Let me share my experience real quick ! I use to love this place always giving them business as of today they no longer have a customer with me I Called to place a order the woman gets on the phone saying shes out of beef (no problem ) I’ll just make a substitute , I continue on to say my order but the manager got on the phone with a nasty attitude saying she doesn’t know who’s selling me 2 HALF sandwhiches on The pick 2 combo (which is on The menu ) but she doesn’t allow that! Fine& Dandy but you should specify that on the menu ! exspecially if I ordered a pick 2 the other day (same exact sandwhichs & a blueberry pie cupcake ) and it was never a problem nor did they mention that they would no longer be honoring the menu they created ! I couldn’t even finish my sentence before this woman gave the worst attitude very rudely hung up ! Now I’m very saddened to have to part ways with patronizing this business because the food is actually really good ! but the hospitality and bad business has steered me away I will not be back good food should come with hospitality and they should honor the menu they put out !

That reuben sandwich is 1 of the best reubens I've had ...HANDS DOWN great fast service I recommend the tortilla soup if your getting soup ...very delicious..great friendly service .. 1st time here but definitely not the last.i would recommend this spot to everyone...👍👍👍

Stopped in today after visiting CP yesterday and had the best experience. Staff was super friendly and gave me some great recommendations and made me possibly the best veggie sandwich I have ever had. Great vegan and vegetarian options and plenty of meat options for my boyfriend. I was so impressed with all the options and everything was super fresh and delicious. The foccacia bread we got was also great. We both loved our lunch and will be back next time we are in the area. I highly recommend Zuppaman!

I went in to get food today… the lady who took our order had greasy gloves on, touched the register, the pen, the receipt, everything, and then proceeded to hand my boyfriend a pen with the greasy gloves and his hand still smells from whatever was on the gloves. We watched her NOT CHANGE THE GLOVES and go straight into the bread bag and start to make our food. We immediately said we were going to pass on the food and left without a refund. Another man behind her was wearing PLASTIC BAGS for gloves. I have been a loyal customer for years now and I won’t be coming back again. Super disappointed in the staffs cleanliness……

Absolutely delicious! You could tell that this was probably more of a family owned business and that the food was authentic and prepared to order. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Restaurant appearance may not have been the best but the food was amazing!
Just tried this place for the first time, the Jive Turkey sandwich is delicious!! Couldn't eat the whole thing, huge portions, quality ingredients, great prices. Highly recommend!!

Definition of a hole in the wall joint. Great folks behind the counter. Not much space to eat in but portions are big and the sandwiches are generously made with love. The only tiny complaint would be excessive onions in the vegetable soup but it could have been a bad luck of the scoop.
