My sandwich was missing from a 75.00 order. I had to go back. It was like rubber. They never apologized and yes I was rude 2,nd time in. This place sucks? The manager told me I could heat it at 475 and it will be born again. Hard to believe this is a manager. I don't feel like it would have been delt with this way if the owner was there. Just saying

After finishing an extremely long out-of-town job, I almost skipped Zuppaman's to sleep instead.I'm extremely glad I didn't!The staff are exceptional! Despite it being less than an hour before closing (which anyone who has worked in the food industry knows how stressful this time is), they helped me with my order in the kindest manner.The food is delicious, the atmosphere very welcoming, and I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in town!

Awesome sandwich and flatbread shop. All the employees and owners are super nice and willing to customize anything. Many gluten free and vegetarian options available, absolutely delicious flavors of sauces and spreads! Plenty of parking available and they do take out as well so you can call and order ahead. I am very impressed with the options available! Highly recommended! ??

This was my first time coming here, and I was not disappointed. The menu looks a little overwhelming at first, but they have handy little takeout menus on the counter that make it a lot easier to read. They have a decent kids menu, so you should be able to find something for even the picky little eaters. I had the pick 2 combo with which I got the soup and half sandwich. I had the chicken jalapeño popper soup and Nashville hot wrap, and both were very good. They do a very good job of packing a lot of flavor into their modest looking sandwiches and wraps. It has a laid-back diner-like atmosphere with two televisions over the counter to help keep the little ones entertained while everyone eats. The GM Devon waited on us at the counter and was extremely friendly, professional, and most of all patient while we all figured out what we wanted. He also brought our food right to our table and grabbed the trash when we were done. At right around $30 for my family of 3 to eat here, I was happy with both the food and the price. If you're looking for a good little sandwich shop, this place should definitely be at the top of your list.
