One would not think that in a backwoods village like Sebring, that there would be a place that one could get homemade Chinese food. Let me assure the reader, it is possible. Lin greeted me with a smile as her husband was working the kitchen and asked me what she would offer. I chose fried wontons, hot and sour soup, and sweet and sour pork.
