The absolute worse service I've ever experienced. I would give minus stars if I could. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think they have calamari. How is that even possible??

Quaint with delicious food

Met friends of ours for early dinner here on a Saturday evening and sat in the bar area. Bar service was great- friendly and fast. We didn’t get her name, but she was wonderful! We decided to stay in the bar area for dinner. The food itself was good, but our server Debbie was not. Although friendly enough, we waited FOREVER for water, wine, and finally to-go boxes for our dinners, and check. After waiting a long time for our boxes and checks (the bar area was not crowded at all), I finally got up to track her down where I found her casually chatting with staff near the kitchen. (We honestly thought perhaps she may have gone home? ) The entrees themselves were brought out quite quickly, as another server had brought them out. I was nearly done eating when she brought out the wine I had wanted to enjoy with my entree. If we make a return trip, we’ll be sure to be seated in a section other than hers.

The service was amazing, and the salmon piccata was delicious. The portion size was smaller than I'm used to, especially for an Italian restaurant, but the flavor more than made up for it.

The bread was excellent, particularly when served warm, although I had to remove the cheesy crust on top due to my family's dietary restrictions.

The fried calamari was disappointing—it was quite chewy, which affected the overall experience. However, the seasoning and dipping sauce were both very flavorful and enjoyable.

Had a really good experience here. Perfect place if you want Italian food without feeling too heavy after eating since they offer both half and full portions. The staff was super nice and welcoming too. We tried the baked ravioli and the cauliflower crust pizza and both were honestly so good. Parking was easy as well, which made everything even better.

I ordered a pizza and veal parmesean dinner for take out and the food was excellent. I will definitely be ordering again .

This has been our favorite restaurant for years and it never disappoints. Tonight was exceptional even by their own high standards. Elyssa was an amazing server and went far above and beyond after we made a special request, seeing that everything was perfect, and even told us the chef had made some suggestions as well.

Service was quick, efficient, friendly and fun. Food was spectacular, as always.

Can't wait to come back next time!

This is the second time I have eaten here in many years. The first time on a Friday evening the food was great and the service was great. I liked it so much I took my husband last night. The food was good, the service was really lacking. Our waitress was nice, it just appeared she had other things on her mind, so service was slow.

My family and I had dinner at the restaurant several days ago. Please be aware what you are ordering at this restaurant. That evening I developed severe abdominal pain and ended up at the ER at the Cleveland Clinic. I was admitted that same night and upon numerous tests it was determined that I had norovirus...food poisoning. I just wanted to share this experience with you. The dish I ate was baked ravioli.

Always a great experience here, but last night was truly exceptional. The food was delicious, fresh, and consistent as always — but what really stood out was the service. Elyssa went above and beyond with her kindness, attention, and professionalism. She made the evening extra enjoyable. Highly recommend

Everything we ate here was tasty and the portions are huge! The Parmesan zucchini planks are a must for an appetizer. All the pasta and pizzas are solid options. They have top notch cocktails and a nice wine selection as well.

Generous portions! The veal parm was well-prepared and tasty. Dinner salad a la cart rounded out the meal. Everyone was pleased with their food selections. Our server--for our group of six--was pleasant, efficient and personable. The dinner hour was a bit noisy but tolerable. The desserts offered were beautifully crafted.
