How about giving me the soup that goes with the bread bowl? How about not running out of everything on my order? How about answering the phone 1 minute after the store closes? Why should I come back again? Horrible experience!

Joe the shift manager is a very nice guy. He would come every now and then to check on your order, clear plates and smiles at you on your way out.
I can be at any Panera since they all serve the same thing but I would love to comeback to Seven Hills Panera to be met and greeted by Joe!!!
