I ordered a butcher block pizza this evening and when I received it, the box was very greasy along with the food very soft and greasy. I have ordered prior from that location and received good food and service. Tonight when I try to say something about my order I was told by the employee that told me I was close to a managers you’re gonna get she hung up on me. I spoke to the manager at the Wadsworth Vasco‘s and he explained to me that they are independently Owned, but he was very professional and very friendly and I thank him for that. So if anybody wants a snotty attitude and a greasy pizza order from Bosco’s in Saville, I will never order from them again.

Great service, clean dining area. Food was fresh, delicious and hot! Best salad and pizza buffet I’ve been to in years! The staff were friendly and professional! The price was very affordable! Highly recommend!!

I have had their pizza from another location, this is not the same pizza or experience. Do not waste your money here. There is no effort to keep the buffet stocked. The food is so old that I'm surprised it hadn't grown mold on it. You're better of going to Subway next door.

1st time here Ordered my food on a Tuesday promotion they started 4 items 10.00 each At pickup cashier tells me 32.00 for my 3 10.00 items. She said register tells me to collect that with no additional explanation just to say you want your 2.00 back than. Check # 18 Nov 4

Ive ordered from here before and it was always good. I usually prefer another location however this location has always been great. Today it was awful. The crust is different tastes like card board. The pizza sauce tastes straight from a can. The mushrooms tasted like they were tossed in dirt. Wings were not good. The BBQ sauce smelled funny. Wont be back . I picked up my order and once I got it home after a bite no one wanted to eat it. Money down the drain. I understand the cost of everything has sky rocketed. The quality of food anymore is absolutly horrible . This just confirmed my decision to no longer order out. Very disappointing.

I came from Cleveland to try this place with my son. We were very disappointed. Flies were everywhere, the bathrooms were nasty,my total was $25.60 & I gave the lady $30 because I didn't have the .60. I never got my change. Noone was there when we needed to ask for napkins bc there weren't any on our table. The salad bar was good..The pizza was greasy & the pepperoni was burnt. My son said the bread and pasta tasted old. Let's not forget that the pop machine had no ice. Ridiculous and a waste of money. The price is was told was $11.99 per person with a drink.

Only had 2 pizzas out upon arriving. Tables filled up and had 3 partial pizzas out on buffet. Pasta looked old and dry. No extra sauce for breadstixks or pasta. Salad bar looked nice. Just not a lot of choices.

They changed the crust to a cheaper thinner alternative as well as their chicken which now seems to be dark meat frozen out of a bag. They used to have quality pizza but those days are long past. The Boscos in Wadsworth has maintained a high quality standard and doesn’t cut corners. Well worth the drive past this one is Seville.

Place smelt like a truck stop restroom legit a damn porter pot! 100s of nats in a nearby trash can because it probably hasn’t been changed in days No selection of pizza bread sticks were not cooked fully pretty sure the salad bar was about a week old food there was old scraps my dog wouldn’t eat there was cleaning supply’s laying out on tables and floor was covers in crumbs and trash we were the only ppl in the restaurant it was 130 pm and now I see why! 15 min in for a buffet and left very disappointed and 40$ short Travelers beware I will never eat at this location again and I absolutely will be reporting this place to the health department place needs new management and more than 2 ppl in the whole restaurant And needs to be sanitized things need wiped down correctly even the pop machine had mold on coke dispenser Actually they need to just be shut down Kyle
