They made both my blizzards wrong. It seemed like the kid at the window was having a bad day or something. No smiles or anything. I called to let the manager know that they messed it up and I had to come back to the store in order for them to fix it. Luckily i live close. The manager was a female. When she came up to me and asked me how she could help me I said i spoke to the manager. Her response was thats me. No smile or anything. She came across with an attitude also. Also, I thought according to Medina health codes you are not to take food across a counter after it was given to a customer. I live right around the corner from them and have spent a lot of money here. This experience is making me rethink how much business i give them. The customer service really needs some attention.

Extra flame thrower sauce... I'll even pay for it. This was the 3rd time so I'm finally saying something. No sauce on the bottom bun and it's dry by the last bite. I don't have time to drive all the way to Medina, they do it right. Learn for next time. Sadly I will be back because it's better quality food and friendly window staff. Teach your line to sauce right.

Memorial weekend & they were busy. Service & food was excellent quick and good. Building including the restrooms smelled & looked very clean. I was overall impressed.

I wore my hat showing as a veteran. They asked if was, I showed my ID as one, they were happy to give me a discount. They actually said thank you for your service. All well that went well
Service was fast and the staff was friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Blizzard was awesome as expected. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The property was clean with plenty of parking in a brand new lot.

Ordered their $7 Bacon Cheeseburger special, imagine my surprise when it didn't have any bacon! Was going to say something, but when I got out the receipt, she had rang it up as Cheeseburger not Bacon Cheeseburger so yeah very disappointed! Believe me I had definitely clarified Bacon when I ordered! Maybe drive thru would have been better so I would have seen the mistake on the screen and fixed it from the start!!

My wife and I just stopped at DQ while traveling. She got a medium cone with crunch coat. I ordered a large cup of vanilla soft serve. The wife's cone looked good. My "Large" cup of soft serve was to be honest lacking. $8+ to sit down for what we received was a bit disappointing. I am am likely done visiting the "Dairy Highness".
