Always quick service here and can get a table without a problem. Food has always been cooked well, never had a problem. Also have a little fireplace for the cold days.

The girl taking orders at the drive thru needs to speak up so you can hear the total. No napkins in bag and cheeseburger and fries were cold.

Unbelievably disappointed with my last visit! The cost for a single combo is outrageous. I specifically asked for no pickles and my burger was filled with them. The bun was old and chewy. The tea was old. For having gone right after the lunch rush, nothing should be as old as it was.

Didn't realize this DQ was larger truck accessible until recently. The staff was very friendly, they were apologizing for the wait. I would have waited longer if necessary. The food was fresh, plenty of flavor and the fries were not over salty. DQ always has good food.

They made both my blizzards wrong. It seemed like the kid at the window was having a bad day or something. No smiles or anything. I called to let the manager know that they messed it up and I had to come back to the store in order for them to fix it. Luckily i live close. The manager was a female. When she came up to me and asked me how she could help me I said i spoke to the manager. Her response was thats me. No smile or anything. She came across with an attitude also. Also, I thought according to Medina health codes you are not to take food across a counter after it was given to a customer. I live right around the corner from them and have spent a lot of money here. This experience is making me rethink how much business i give them. The customer service really needs some attention.
Extra flame thrower sauce... I'll even pay for it. This was the 3rd time so I'm finally saying something. No sauce on the bottom bun and it's dry by the last bite. I don't have time to drive all the way to Medina, they do it right. Learn for next time. Sadly I will be back because it's better quality food and friendly window staff. Teach your line to sauce right.
