I am not one to complain usually, but this week TWICE I sat in the drive thru line for over ten minutes for an iced coffee. And one day they didn’t even give me the right coffee. This place is a mess and really needs to figure out a better routine for service.

This location itself is TERRIBLE. It’s honestly better to drive 15-20 to the next McDonalds than waste your time at this one. Last night I sat at the first window to give my money for FIVE MINUTES before someone came to the window. And she didn’t even greet me or apologize for the wait, she just asked what I ordered. This location is also notorious for never having Dr Pepper, and when you order Dr Pepper they don’t tell you they are out, they just put Diet Coke in your cup instead. I think they need a new manager.

Once again I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes so I asked for a manager, I was told I'll get to u when I can use the keyosk ... I pay cash as a truck driver ... this place is the poorest excuse for fast food ever

This place was slammed when we were there. No one was working the counter so we ordered from a kiosk. 2 of the 4 kiosks were out of paper, including the one we ordered from. No order number was provided from the kiosk since there was no receipt. We waited a while and eventually asked about our order. They apologized for the wait and finally got it order. We got back to the car and found we were missing one breakfast sandwich and had a Dr. Pepper instead of a coke. I ran back in and the promptly gave me the missing sandwich. I didn't bother replacing the wrong beverage. My general experience with McDonalds is slow service and incorrect orders. This one was no different. On the plus side, the food was hot and fresh at this location.

Don’t come to this McDonalds if you have any other options. We waiting in drive through line to order for 20mins. Finally got to the box to order keep in mind there was only 3 cars ahead of us, lady sound annoyed when asked a question. Ordered waited another 20-30mins on the food then was asked to pull up I asked how long it would take and all of a sudden our food was ready. Watching them inside move slow as possible with full staff. Fast food isn’t fast anymore!

Also whatever company policy makes you pull forward even when there is nobody behind you makes zero sense.

Gave wrong drink and there is no self serve soft drink dispenser. Could not get anybody’s attention inside. Avoid.
No one was at the counter despite a customer before me having issue. He left before it was solved far I ended up ordering from the kiosk as there was still no one at the counter. Ended up waiting to pay several minutes and could see a few crew members actively on their cell phones

I’d give zero stars for the experience I had if I could. Things used to go great here. It was my go-to stop for coffee and breakfast some days. Then, one morning I got a coffee. Nothing big, just a small coffee 10 & 10 put in. I get to the window and the older lady that drools was literally drooling all over my coffee lid. Listen, I’m all for giving everyone equal opportunity but that’s just not sanitary at all and I will never go back again. I literally almost threw up after seeing that saliva all over my coffee lid. Never again. She’s handed me things before and I swear if what I thought was just grease from the grill but was actually her saliva all over my bags, I’m gonna freak out. I will not return here and I let everyone know what’s up so they’re aware. It could happen to you!

Not sure why they dont move people up in the driveway been sitting here for about 20 minutes... Already paid or id leave. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. I dont usually come to this one because of this problem.
