I'm from out of town, decided to look up at local place and tried here. Got beef with broccoli and the beef felt fake? Idk it was extremely chewy and almost like fat but didn't look like it. Also tasted strange. This may be normal up here I'm not sure but I'm not a fan. Ppl were nice and place looked clean.

Food was meh and we both ended up with food poisoning. To make the experience itself worse was how rude the lady taking phone orders was. I ordered online but if I'd ordered over the phone I would have said forget it. When I went it to pick up my food, 2 calls came in for orders. She was short tempered and nasty multiple times on both calls while rolling her eyes and sighing constantly. She'd ask for the phone number then immediately ask again louder and in an even more short tone. She practically yelled at me about getting a free 2 liter of pop that I couldn't have because they didn't have diet. You could tell she was annoyed anytime a customer picking up said anything to her. Definitely will never go back. I should have read reviews before ordering.

Food was average and the boneless ribs were to sweet. Did notice as I waited that there was a tub of chicken and some other kind of meat sitting out on the bottom of a service table instead of refrigerated, not good....health department would be upset.

I usually get things from here sometimes food is bad sometimes good. Today I just got chicken fried rice and I was eating and felt something sharp. I spit it out and there was a metal shaving in the food and I am guessing that it came from the wok that they use to cook

Placed an order for chicken lo mein, wonton soup, 2 orders of steamed dumplings, and 2 orders of crab rangoons. I didn’t get 1 order of crab Rangoons but got brown rice instead. The chicken lo mein had zero flavor and was filled with a ton of lettuce. The crab rangooons were burnt. Besides the wonton soup being neon yellow, it had a piece of CHICKEN at the bottom of it. I took one bite of the steamed dumplings and they were just as disgusting. Don’t waste your money here. The location in Wadsworth was amazing and will go back there. This location is awful. However my dog says thanks for the rice. It was the only edible thing.

Hole in the wall stop almost. We always order ahead and just pick up if getting food here, super fast option. Shrimp and chicken dishes have always been great here.
My favorite place for last few years but last several times our orders are wrong or not done an the food just isn’t as good. I don’t know what’s going on there but I wish it would change back. They tried to give us pop since we had to wait for our order but it was expired :(
