Did I visit on opening day in <10 degree weather? Yes. Would I do it again? Also yes. Not only is everything at Skoops phenomenal, they crank the feel-good tunes and the employees genuinely seem to enjoy being there! I recommend… everything! My favorite lately is the lemon cheesecake cone but I’m a huge fan of the cake slice of the day as well. Give Skoops a try, they’re worth it!

Used to drive past a dozen ice cream places just to go to Skoops Barberton. So happy to have one in the new town we moved to! Staff is absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and has the best recommendations always! Have never gotten anything from here I didn’t love! Will forever be my go to ice cream place!

This place is special...I've only lived in the area for almost a year and have visited plenty. Our weekly sweet cheat night. I'll say Customer service has always been the best Always friendly kind and just very cheerful. Ice cream has been one if not the best I've had. The property and picnic area is extremely clean. It's a key sign that the owner takes pride and it filters its way to the employees!! Awesome job!

The food was incredibly delicious and I have never had anything bad here. There are always the usual items and something new to try. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! 🎉

Scoops is right downtown in Seville Ohio. Very nice scenery and vibe! I love the 50’s and 60’s theme music and building this business offers as a more unique experience. The cons are: The quality of the custard is a bit gritty to the taste as well as the pecans (if that’s your choice topping like it is mine) the pecans were also very very salty. The hot fudge has a slight tart taste, almost like it was chocolate syrup and not actual fudge. The quality of the custard mixed with the very salty pecans turned my Turtle Sundae into a soup before I even got a chance to sit down and attempt to enjoy it.
I’m giving this place 3 stars for great customer service and environment and very fast and efficient service.
