Today 4/17/2025, at around 6 PM, I bought a tuna sandwich and found a hair in it. It was extremely disgusting, and I threw it in the trash without eating it.

Hailey an her bf in there making some terrible sandwiches. 3 slices of meat per 6 inches. Thats for double meat. I had to keep telling her double meat. Rang it up for double meat an there is more cheese than meat. I will go somewhere else from now on. All the subways are ripping people off.

Sometimes the people making the subs don't change their gloves after touching various things. It's a travel center subway, clean but still simple.
Everyone I order online the order is completely wrong or they give me half the order. There is no way to rectify this because subway doesn't care at all. You can waste your time calling but again, nothing will be done. Doordash everything, at least they have the decency to make it right. Subway is absolutely terrible. The photo is supposed to be a tuna with pepper jack, black olives, no sauce and jalapeños. Idk wtf this is.

The young lady working alone on 8/16/24 at subway Thank you for a delicious pizza and sub If you are not a manager your boss should make you one, you were patient, kind, helpful and clean everything a food industry should hire in every location Have a great day!

Im a truck driver and i stopped here last night on 7/25 around 8pm and experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever had at any subway. The little blonde girl was very much racist and refused to wait on me. The other girl working with her was very polite but the blonde girl made sure that she made it noticeable that since I was a black female she was not going to take my order although she took the order of the other two men in front of me. Even one of the other drivers told her to stop fixing his sandwhich and take my order since the other girl was working the register. She told him no and immediately walked around the counter and sat with what looks like her mom or grandmother that was sitting at a table in the dining area and left the other girl there to fix my sandwich and take my payment. She was extremely rude and does not need to be working in customer service!
They seem a little understaffed, the 2 ladies making sandwiches were working but the line just wasn't moving, maybe hire some more help

This location is the worst in Ohio! I am a truck driver that frequently visits pilot locations, and every time I visit this particular pilot and this particular subway, they are always out of all of the items that I would like to put on my sandwich. Someone isn’t doing their job, management and corporate need to step in and help this location do better. It’s very disappointing. No eggs no veggie petty ??

I am a truck driver that frequently visits pilot locations, and every time I visit this particular pilot and this particular subway, they are always out of all of the items that I would like to put on my sandwich. Someone isn’t doing their job, management and corporate need to step in and help this location do better. It’s very disappointing. I’ve heard things like “we are out of bacon, we are out of egg, the flatbread is frozen, we are out of cheese!! “ it’s pathetic
