I always have a great experience at BIGGBY! The baristas there are friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. They always greet me with a smile and some of them made an effort to learn my name and my favorite drinks. My drinks are consistently made just right and the atmosphere they create makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. Big shout-out to the amazing baristas who make BIGGBY such a bright spot in my day!

I frequent this place often, staff are often short, almost appearing bothered. The coffee is always good and it’s convenient, I’m able to pick it up after a busy day quickly, but the customer service is poor. I always feel like I’m inconveniencing someone when I go there when there’s not a smile, staff behind the counter often clearing at you and weight of your card. The hand you the coffee, the same way, slide it into you without any form of eye contact.

The cultural is definitely for young people. The barista should exercise a little more patience. With everything going on now people need grace and courtesy not a condescending attitude. Please and thank you 😊

If I could give zero stars I would. Biggby is nice and close to us so we like to walk there to get coffee and breakfast from time to time. The past 2 times we have ordered sausage egg and cheese bagels, they have forgotten the sausage. The first time we thought it was just a mistake.. apparently not.

I would give zero for service/atmosphere but that isn't possible. Workers on shift were rude when clarifying the conditions to the BOGO deal on Wednesdays and were defensive when I asked for a refund or second drink. WOULD NOT RETURN!!!!!!!!

Super friendly and accommodating as long as you are polite and not entitled Boomer or Xr full of lead
It doesn't seem there's anything special about this coffee shop.
Very minimal food choices - the $5 combo (coffee and bagel with cream cheese) seemed a good option.
Of course there's WiFi (limited to 2 hours - seems reasonable) & wall sockets to recharge batteries.

Mo and his coworkers at Biggby coffee on Fairmount are amazing. I needed hot chocolate and coffee for 100 for a work event on Sunday, during what was basically a blizzard, and they totally came through for me! Everything was ready right on time, Mo helped me carry it all to my car, and I was on my way! They are the best!

this place has such inconsistent service😭 one day its the best service best food best coffee, the next day- coffee grounds in my cup, very bitter coffee, unpleasant service(serviced with a teenagers attitude) and the weirdest part, they dont take 50s.. they get more than enough business to give change for a 50. what if a small business wanted to buy coffees for everyone? this place is expensive so that would tack up quite the bill. to sum this up, make your coffee at home if you EVER consider coming here. youre better off and you will have a better start to your day. also received a delicious splash of old coffee on my cup! thank you Biggby!
