May be a two minute wait at most. I had never used the service before, so I was really happy with it all overall. The service was exceptional and our server which I wish I could remember his name was wonderful. He explained everything to us on the menu all about the specials and the drink specials. We really had a wonderful time. We will definitely be there again.
Service, food and atmosphere were all good!
Food was alright but not worth the price. Advertising is misleading, especially for the Pizookie meal deals. Restaurant was clean but bathrooms were not. The Mahi Mahi tacos looked like they had breaded fish sticks in them. I ordered a burger cooked medium and was more than well done. I ate only half of it. They were out of some popular menu items. Waiter was nice and service was average. I did mention that we will not be back to that location. Never saw a manager.
Overall impression was it was over priced for average food.
Got seated quickly. Server was friendly and attentive. The food was not at all restaurant quality. Nothing freshly made. Fish tacos were basically a frozen fish stick with prepared bagged salad. Chicken sandwich same as fish tacos, frozen breaded chicken. Burgers were nothing special. Took 45 minutes to get food and not really busy. Very pricey for frozen pre-made food.
I do NOT recommend this place unless you are just drinking beer AND do not care about service.
Catrina was a non-engaging bartender (only 6 customers at the bar) with an attitude. Never asked how our meal was. Gave a ridiculous response when I asked why the guacamole was brown!
This property has terrible quality of food.
I have given this restaurant at least three different attempts. First was through catering, then through dining in, this is my last chance with them for ordering out. The “managers” don’t actually care about customer service and are very willing to just hang up on you when it’s a complaint. They don’t care to resolve any issues, or allow any add ons when you go to pick up an order when something isn’t offered through online ordering. On top of that, the quality of food for anything take out, or catering is horrible. Even if you’re there waiting to pick up an order. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
Service was good, the waiter did great with our big crowd. Nothing was messed up or forgotten will definitely return!
We had a large group and we were served buffet style and consistly were out of items. They were very slow refilling items. It appeared to me that they have absolutely no experience with groups.
Excellent food. Fun atmosphere. Service takes time.
Went to lunch at this location, we stood at the hostess desk for 7-8 minuted before the hostess came to seat us. Once seated i. the bar area, we sat 10-15 minutes and were not greeted by a server. There were two staff at the bar, so I went to the bar to let them know no one had been to our table. The young lady was not nice and asked me where was I sitting, we were sitting right across from the bar.🤷🏽♀️😩 and her reply was somebody is coming. Well after that response me and my party decided that we were not going to spend our money in that establishment. I neglected to get names. But it was a terrible experience.

It took 1.5 hours for the food to come out, and we had a reservation. The restaurant was empty. The food was cold and soggy when it came out. Unacceptable.
The server was friendly but service was awful. We waited about 50 minutes from when we ordered before we were served. One of us ordered the unlimited soup and salad option. At least 25 minutes passed and no-one approached the table to see if he wanted a refill (he did— we had to stop a manager? who was walking near the table). The entree I ordered had cilantro as a main seasoning (Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken bowl). It was served with scant parsley, no cilantro. When I asked the manager? to please bring cilantro, over 15 minutes passed before our server brought out a small bowl of PARSLEY (not cilantro). We pointed this out to the server and she said “The chef says this is cilantro.” Shortly after, a woman came to the table to ask what the issue was. After I explained, she stated, “There's no excuse but the staff has only been here 6months.” When asked about the cilantro, she explained that she had checked all of the work stations and there was no cilantro. While I don't know that she was lying, I had been to the restaurant once before and the dish was served with cilantro. She did offer to bring a different meal but we had been there over an hour an 15 minutes by then. Nothing else was asked for or offered. We will not be returning to this poorly run restaurant.
It was a great experience with a great server... the food came out in a timely manner. Our appetizers came out in a timely manner. The drinks were great. I have no complaints. Thanks BJ's brewery.
We had a reservation for seven. We turned up 15 minutes before time. The host was best described as having a sour, non customer facing demeanor. He informed us that no table was available..fair enough..let's go sit at the bar. There was a large circular table beside the bar, and as we seated ourselves, he informed us that "that's closed," and we should cram into the three barstools. When the table was ready , he showed us to it and left. There were menus but no silverware nor, more importantly, a server . Having tracked down the host I asked for someone to take a drinks order. Five minutes later a server arrived. She was GREAT!!. The food was average , table service good ,initial check in was cold , unfriendly, and set the tone for a visit which I will not readily repeat.
Had reservations at 5:30. Sat at around 6pm. Left at 8:30. Told when we got there that they were short staffed. Server was pleasant even though he was running around because he was covering so many tables. Food came out. Ordered a different dressing with my salad. Waited about 15 minutes to get correct dressing and ketchup for daughters meal. Something happened with husbands meal had to wait about 20 minutes after other meals arrived. Server offered a complimentary soup while he waited, never got the soup. We were there for daughters birthday so ordered a few pizzookies and that they took about a half hour to get. Talked to supervisor about experience and he was nice enough to take pizzookies off of our bill. It shouldn't have to be a 2-1/2 hour dinner. This was on a Tuesday night. Can't imagine what it would be if it was a weekend.
