After waiting for quite sometime I approached a team member and asked about my order. He informed me that 1/2 of my order (30 piece chicken wings, pot pies) was not available. This was the manager who informed me he came into work with no food. The "manager" must be new to managing a restaurant or simply hates his job. I spent $100 and I called corporate on my own to get my refund. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK TO BOSTON MARKET IN CLEVELAND, OH on CHARGIN!!!!! Side note: New England (Rhode Island) knows exactly how to service and feed customers properly. I went in this location with expectations only to be disappointed. I would recommend coaching and training for your managers - customer problem solving training would be helpful.😡

Haven’t been to Boston market in years . Thought it was non existent. The food was okay about 7/10. The service was great . Manager on duty was very welcoming and friendly . Will be back
Came to the Shaker location and it was HORRIBLE!!!! Let's start with the atmosphere it's horrible the food looks disgusting the staff is even worse they don't greet you or anything I ordered a meal for 3, it was $30 a whole chicken cream spinach macaroni mashed potatoes and I added on a sweet potato and four biscuits my chicken was disgusting and it was dry and hard as a brick my creamed spinach tastes like water my mashed potatoes were sour and the macaroni was disgusting this location has definitely went downhill and when I called the manager his name is deel he told me to come back in and he will give me a refund or remake my food when I got in there he threw my food in the garbage and called the police on me. I will NEVER go back to this location again it's downhill!!!!

This Boston Marlet location is under new management. The customer service was great. They were kind, polite and the food was delicious. Much better than a year ago. I strongly recommend you check this location out. I'll definitely be back for more.

I was very disappointed!! I got three chickens for Thanksgiving, and they were TERRIBLE!! They were extremely dry and not seasoned. For this to be the only Boston Market in the area, I expected mouth-watering chicken!!

I forgot about the Boston Market in my area. One day I decided to stop and get a little something to eat. It was a bad decision. When I got home and got ready to eat.....the chicken was so hard it nearly chipped my 58 year old teeth. I returned the food the next day and was given a refund. I will not be visiting that location again!
