What a sad store. The sign on the filthy window stated that some items might not be available due to shortages, but that didn't excuse the unkempt condition of the restaurant. The one employee was sitting in a booth chatting on his phone when I walked in. He took my order while sitting in said booth without bothering to remove the phone from his ear.At check out, he gave me three different prices. He was apparently too high to read the register, and I wonder if he he properly rang anything upThe chicken was the absolute worst I've ever gotten from a Boston Market.Do Not Bother. Go somewhere else. Anyplace would be better.

Pros: Food well prepared and delicious on my visits. Cons: Staff not so much customer-friendly oriented as I would of liked. It appears they're more focused on keeping the line moving and getting customers out the door, than providing a great customer experience.

They only had one employee working and no sides available except dried out corn, dried out string beans and spinach dip. I couldn't even get a corn muffin with my meal. To say the least the food was semi delicious considering the selection.

Terrible service! Many items not available, because of poor Management. Manager was insufficiently trained to do register and maintaining this restaurant. Never had experienced such a incompetent managed chain restaurant location. When ordering the Manger claimed NO this, NO that. Asked if more would be made, it was only 5:00 pm. He said no. To me he just didn’t want to prepare more. One employee even said, “That not my problem” . Had a gift card said couldn’t use it because he didn’t know to use register using a gift card. He Made NO effort at all to try. There was no excuse for such bad management. . Also, made no apologize for the inconvenience! Boston Market Headquarters should be ashamed of this location representing their restaurant.

I hadn't been to Boston Market In A Few Years So My Sister Decided To Door Dash Boston Market....They Got The Order Wrong The Quality of The Food Was Awful I Can Remember Boston Market Had Great Food And Excellent Customer Service My Sister Tried To Call Boston Market To Express Disappointment With Service and The Meal Provided by Boston Market No One Answered The Phone To Take Complaint Come On Boston Market You All Have To Better!!!
I have not been to Boston market in a couple years but I was ordering dinner for my family as well as my one year old considering he’s on solid food so I said hey, let’s do Boston market something a little bit more healthy or something a little bit more softer so I got us the meatloaf, the mashed potatoes, the cream, spinach, the macaroni and cheese and also the sweet potato casserole. The meatloaf is not done, the sweet potato casserole I’m not sure if they changed the recipe or what’s going on with it but it was awful the cream spinach it has to be a different recipe the corn bread they are corn muffins and not the long rolls like they used to be I’m trying to call them and I cannot get through to anyone I absolutely will not be back. We spent over $100 on dinner tonight o all no to not eat any of it. It looks disgusting I am so not happy.

How the mighty have fallen. There was a time when Boston Market was a higher level of fast food. I haven't had Boston Market in a few years and I was very sad about what I ate and saw today. The food was terrible. The chicken was dry and seemed like it was made 2 days ago. The girl who made my order seemed to purposely give me no marshmallow w my sweet potatoes. The store itself was very sad. The drink machine was out of order. The tables were all dirty and most had been removed. It was a very sad looking store. This was once a really nice, clean place w good, fresh food that I looked forward to eating at. This really bummed me out. Sad stuff :(

Uber eats orders keep getting canceled, but they won't remove the listing from Uber eats or doordash. I'm guessing they are temporarily closed for takeout/delivery? It's a shame because this is the only remaining location nearby.

I have no idea what happened, Boston Market was my go to for a family meal. I went today and grabbed some cream spinach and it was not the same recipe as in the past. I can’t put my finger on it but it’s not good. No doubt they have changed the recipe for the worst. Try it for yourself and write a review, or stay clear of it and find something else. Makes me wonder if they are cutting corners, doing so may lead to their downfall. When they loose their fan base and go out of business they can’t say “what happened “By the way, I’m not recommending anything, if they changed the spinach they probably changed other items.
