I appreciate the clean, fresh vegan options. The staff is always cool and prompt. They keep a clean shop. The ambience is what it is. It's not overly exciting but so what. It's fast(ish) healthy food.

Vegetarian options: I had a vegan Chorizo, i believe. It was wonderful.

Menu states one thing but when you go to order certain food options, it isnt there. Can not call to address these issues. Website suck and there's zero customer service.

NEVVVVVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! SHAKER HEIGHTS PICKUP STAFF GUY IS SO VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!!!!! FIRST AND ONLY!!!! MY ONLY WISH IS THAT I DIDN'T PREPAY FOR THIS!! I COULD'VE JUST WALKED AWAY AND SAVED MY $50 FOR THREE PLAIN TACOS AND STEAK FRIES!!!

Food was good, got mixed fajitas, chips salsa and guacamole. Salsa is great nice kick, guacamole was a little blander than expected but still good with some added jalapeños after the fact. Fajitas were fresh and flavorful. The esquite (Mexican street corn in a cup) was decent but also better with a little hot sauce added. The vibe is nice, music is good and the workers jamming out behind the counter brings a fun, authentic and young atmosphere. About $36 for all that plus a Mexican coke wasn't too bad.

To add insult to injury, the music is so loud it makes your eardrums bleed. It's there for the employees and the employees only that loud. Because nobody in the right mind would want to sit through that through dinner. When I asked him, they just shrugged. Let me walk out. Never again. This is nothing to do with the service because it’s excellent. This is nothing to do with the restaurant because it’s excellent. This Hass to do with the menu. Fat acid salt heat texture. We got the fat we got the acid we got the salt we got the heat. We have absolutely no texture. I called and I asked do you have any hard tacos? I could wrap the softshell taco I have something to grab onto without trying to eat mashed potatoes and gravy with my fingers, no go. So I’m gonna have to have a soft, non-textual experience in my dining, or go someplace else like chipotle. Which I shall do. This is a glaring mistake in your operation glaring. If you can’t offer me a contrast in texture It’s like dining constantly and cream of wheat. why am I there ?
