Ordered a chicken veggie parm, they added spinach instead of tomatoes which was one of the toppings listed. I contacted the store to Inform them that my pizza was made incorrectly and she told me to bring my pizza back up there and they would remake it. This was not an option for me as it was a blizzard outside, and I had the pizza delivered. I asked to speak with a manager, and Tiarra stated I would be able to order the correct pizza only on the day that she was working. After scheduling a day to get a pizza, My son found hair on his Slice of pizza. The garlic bread was hard as a rock with burnt cheese. At this point, I don’t want anything from this store. I wish I would have read the reviews before I even ordered. I have not had Donato’s pizza in about 20 years and just remember how decent it used to be.

I had went to their website to have it delivered. I had not realized that this place subcontracted their delivery to DoorDash, otherwise I would have avoided it (demerit to Donatos). After waiting an hour for a DoorDasher to pick up the order, I'd finished what I was working on and decided to go pick it up myself, as no DoorDashers were biting. I called the store to inform them I would be heading their way. Getting 8 minutes into a 10 minute drive, I receive a text that my order had been picked up and was on its way to be delivered. I contacted the DoorDasher to let them know I'd be heading back. After meeting the driver at the curb of my hotel, they were missing half of my order, shrugging it off as though the restaurant was at fault. I called the restaurant to request the remainder of my order be delivered, but after deliberating it on the phone with the store, I opted to ask them to refund the missing items. This was met with a full refund, for which I am grateful, but ultimately would advise would-be delivery orders be cautioned: This restaurant will likely send you your food via DoorDash, and the owners of this franchise should reconsider their operating practices as it pertains to their staffing for servicing their clientele.
TL;DR: Even when cold, the pizza is a'ight, would've probably enjoyed it more if it was fresh and not staled via the DoorDash blight on delivered pizza

Store very busy about 10 customers standing in the lobby. There was NO acknowledgement from any of the staff for at least 15 minutes. Everyone was behind the wall. That person that did speak to me attempted to look for my order. But then got his deliveries and walked out without saying anything to me.

Not much here. Both items were undersized for what was paid for. Upon arriving no one was at the counter, a gentleman came out after about 4-5 minutes. Gave him my name, he disappeared for another 4-5. Came out, charged me & out a single box on the counter. Ordering 2 items I asked where the other part of my order was… Oh?!? The Hot Chicken Sub was dry & super light. Didn’t care for the toasted bun. The Calzone was missing the burger, again light, this reviewer did. It care for the marinate (sweet).

I ordered a small thin hot honey pepperoni and sausage. The pizza was drowned in honey. So much so that the crust is soggy. Not the thin crispy crust I was expecting.

I'm a sucker for Donatos thin crust, I adore the founder's trio, the sausage is incredible, I crave it. We tried the $5 pizza pals. Whoa, a great addition to the menu. The chicken bacon ranch sub was delicious, the Asiago garlic cheese bread was perfectly toasted. Shout out to the $5 pepperoni pizza, yummy (it's a small pizza loaded with pepperoni, usually $10. Order a large pizza and choose as many $5 pizza pal deals you like. 😋
I have ordered DoorDash three times and they always cancel my order… very frustrating.. done ordering from this place
