I visited this pizza place for the first time to try because the commercials make it seem like it is delicious but never again will I patronize this establishment The food was undercooked and they tried to charge me extra for something that was supposed to be included in my order the staff was very rude including the manager so for first time experience, it was not good.
Service is great and talking with Kevin, the manager, was so interesting and helpful. Got an entire pizza making intro. Ask for him when you go in!

Ordered online and was charged an additional $8 to deliver a pizza 2 blocks…. But the pizza never arrived… and yet they still charged me… 0/10 do not recommend

I ordered online and my food was done a few minutes after arrival, which was 5min before my assigned pick up time. My food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the serious cheese pizza. Every bite of it was cheesy. The service was somewhat too relaxed. The cashier and other workers seemed to want to entertain eachother rather than attend to their guest. There was no greeting upon entering the store and the cashier attempt at being sarcastic was both rude and disrespectful. Additionally, his attire and poor grooming made me question if he worked at the restaurant. Very poor representation of the company. Nonetheless, I still left a tip for the meal not the service.

Their delivery service screwed up and forgot the 2 liter Dr. Pepper I ordered. Over the phone I was told I would get a refund for just the $4 spent on the soda but I never received it. If that goes through in the next 30 days I will update the Service part of the review to 3 stars.

They didn’t want to send a driver to deliver and lied about not having one and whoever the manager say they where wasn’t willing to take accountability for the this mismanagement of their store having a bad attitude will make you a compromise to the work environment.
