Very slow you can’t be a newer location and operate this badly!

Worker at the front of the line was polite and efficient. Food was perfect, rare at this location.

The lady in there was just rude and upset for no reason, slamming ingredients and doing small portions. Makes you feel like you’re in the wrong for trying to order food, idk. Saw her treating other customers like this, so it’s not personal but still unprofessional

I won’t be back to this location, I’ve been twice and had bad experiences with staff twice.

The staff that was working tonight 12/26 needs a teaching on customer service and customer etiquette. No point into going into details. I’m sure this location has heard that before. I’m sure the management knows they have workers with shitty attitudes. Do better, with the food and the service

Been sitting in line for over 45 minutes when I walked in it was only 5 customers in front me workers are just taken there time this is ridiculous

I just wanna say everytime I come in here, I HAVE. A lovely time and the staff are understanding and kind.

I wish customers would stop making issues or complaints about their poor attitude towards these workers.

It’s not only rude and disrespectful but it’s simply annoying for me as a customer to sit there and listen to someone complain or be upset about some food. I wish customers had better attitudes towards staff. I do and never have any problems.

It is always ILLEGAL to take pictures of people without permission, and then posting them online to a store. Unacceptable.

This is by far the worse, nasty chipotle I’ve ever been to the workers is very unprofessional, especially the manager coffin. Different foods droppings into other containers and my boyfriend loves chipotle and every time I come to this one I’ll be like oh my God I have to leave to go to another one. Is anybody checking these reviews from corporate? Y’all really do need to look into this someone’s gonna really get sick. when the last time they washed these containers, who wanna eat from here?

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this Chipotle was terribly run. Service was absolutely slow (40 min the moment I walked in and walked out), person behind the register was VERY rude rolling their eyes upon a simple request of salad dressing. Not only did she not give me the salad dressing, but completely ignored my request.

Stood in a line that didn’t move for ten minutes so I just left. Never going back

This Chipotle was nice and clean but at the time I was in there on 11-26-2025 at 7:30pm, they only had 1 line worker, the cashier, and a cook when they're supposed to have 2 line workers. The line was very long and the 1 line worker they had was visibly overwhelmed and overworked at the time. I felt so sorry for her and wished I knew how to work for Chipotle to help her. And the food needed a little more seasoning. It may have been the mild tomato mix

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant thus far. Half of the trays were empty, and I was told “we’re out of that” as opposed to “there may be a wait”. There’s no reason the food should be “Out” at 2:30 in the afternoon. I go to get a fork and the holder that the forks are in is wet at the bottom with small pieces of garbage in it. Disgusting place and I will Never return.

I’ve eaten at chipotle for the past 45 days straight. I love chipotle.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff is slow nothing is professional so disrespectful. This place does not deserve the name chipotle I would fire the whole staff.

Makes sense why this is one of the lowest rated chipotle is in Ohio

I have tried my best to understand the consistent issues with this location. Customer service constantly fails in accountability, team work and leadership. This location is always out of food and no one cares. I waited for fajitas to be made also. I allowed people to go ahead of me while I wait. They made fajitas and ran out on everyone before remembering to allow me to order. Sad, that it’s always failed customer service.
