I’ve eaten at chipotle for the past 45 days straight. I love chipotle.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff is slow nothing is professional so disrespectful. This place does not deserve the name chipotle I would fire the whole staff.

Makes sense why this is one of the lowest rated chipotle is in Ohio

I have tried my best to understand the consistent issues with this location. Customer service constantly fails in accountability, team work and leadership. This location is always out of food and no one cares. I waited for fajitas to be made also. I allowed people to go ahead of me while I wait. They made fajitas and ran out on everyone before remembering to allow me to order. Sad, that it’s always failed customer service.

None of the two toilets are flushing at this location. The staff in general is professional b
ut not in the best mood.

This location uses too much salt got a veggie bowl and it’s almost impossible to eat because of all of the salt this is ridiculous

I use to like this location but I think they have new hires that are very unpleasant..I understand customers can be rude from time to time but customer service have to look beyond thst and still do thier job with a pleasant attitude. Most of the employees have a attitude and don't ever smile. Like what happened...

The customer SERVICE LEVEL is ZERO THE EMPLOYEES act like they don’t want to be there BUT you getting a CHECK so do YOUR JOB to your best ability, I DONT SEE TEAM from the whole STAFF THE SUPERVISOR WILL WALK PASS AND SEE THE LINE OUT THE DOOR AND WILL NOT JUMP ON OR PULL SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER AREA TO ASSIST THE LINE. It’s just ALL BAD is is a GREAT LOCATION but why would I want to spend my money here when the service is poor NO SMILING NO WELCOME NO HAVE A GREAT DAY ETC . When I can CLEARLY go ACROSS THE STREET TO Cilantro tequila and get BETTER SERVICES AND THEY HAVE ALL THE FOOD OPTIONS AND THEY SERVICE WITH A SMILE

It was definitely my worst experience when I arrived at this place, because everyone who worked there had a horrible temper, it seems like they had problems at home or were forced to work, no one wanted to smile when we greeted, no one answered and they just stare at you with a defiant face. Then they have you for more than 10 minutes before serving you. Then we started to place orders when it was my turn I confused the names of the food because it does not have a description of the food. Then they got angry because I said chicken or something else that it was not and then they started talking to each other very upset like they did not want to serve me and then my English is not that good, then they started showing bad mood and did not want to serve me. Definitely a terrible place. I do not know if it was because I am white so they look at you and serve you horribly and make fun of you. I hope that the manager of this branch fires the staff who does not want to work and looks for people who like to smile and do not make fun of customers. completely disappointed. I do not recommend it, horrible staff

SHOUT OUT TO THE YOUNG LADYS ON THE SUNDAY EVENING CREW …THEY WERE OVERWHELMED BUT SHOWED GREAT TEAM WORK AND GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS !!! BOWL WAS MADE EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT USUALLY I GET POOR SERVICE BUT TODAY WAS A HIT .

Staff blunty laughs at you in the back if you look a certain way. Today, I witnessed two employees who obviously whispered to each other and laughed at a girl because of the way she looked. Not too long after, a couple of others in the back laughed as well. Long story short, if you want to wait in line for about 20 minutes to get your food while the employees sit there and chat while also getting made fun of/laughed about by rude/judgemental staff(alongside customers) because of your appearance go here. The food is great though, would recommend👍.
