I placed an online order to minimize the wait time when I picked up my order. This was NOT a food delivery order. One item I ordered was $8 in the restaurant and I paid $15.99 online! There was a minimum of 1/3 difference in the price I paid for using the website versus ordering onsite in the restaurant.
The owner said it was because he had to pay for the website. REALLY!!! He actually tried to justify grossly over charging for mediocre food (at best). He further said, I should have telephoned my ordered.
Guess what, I won't be funding the cost of your website, telephoning in an order or patronizing your establishment EVER again!

The Cashier (lady)has a bad attitude very snobbish. She doesn't say thank you and the prices are over prices and food is not good. There are way better choices please do not go there and spend your hard earned money

Food is ok, good portion for the price (although it is mostly rice). Didn’t taste all that great though. Boba was terrible. I am especially irked by the inconsistencies of their ads. They have a sign at the front saying boba is only $2 if ordered with the hibachi meal but inside there is the same sign with $2 scratched off and replaced with $4. We half-jokingly told the cashier lady that this felt like a bait and switch and that the sign in front should probably also be changed but she just ignored us lol. Anyway I don’t plan to be back. This place is mediocre at best.

The lady is always nice! good customer service, she always remember us and what we order . The steak sometimes be all fat and the cook don’t cook it done enough but that was only a few times so I would still recommend them just say well done and no fat and he get it right

Food is not that good here at all and the lady at the cashier window is rude to customers i wanted to pay 70% of my bill in cash and the balance on my debit card she laughed and said no, i said give me my card and cash back, i never seen business turn down cash and debit i guess she don't need customers and that's fine with me I'm never coming back and food is not that good here she should of been glad i came in since i was the only customer in there today, every one stay away this business they don't value customers.

If your food is not acceptable and they will not correct the issue as a customer you can call your bank or credit card and dispute the charge. I have done it many of times. Dont accept that poor customer service.
My one star is for the lady with the TERRIBLE ATTITUDE & SMART MOUTH ( the cashier). Her customer service is not acceptable and snappy for no reason. Other than not feeling like a paying customer the food was 10/10. I ordered the chicken hibachi.

I had the Shrimp & Chicken with Fried rice with extra yum yum sauce!!! Their yum yum sauce is very tasty 😋 The whole meal was tasty I will definitely be back.

The owner lady has terrible customer service. She likes to argue with customers instead of fixing the order. I placed an order asked for teriyaki on all of my meat, well done not burnt. The guy said ok and even read me back my order. They did not cook teriyaki on any of my meat and my meat was pink. When i called the lady yelled and said we do not cook teriyaki on all the meat. Only chicken and noodles. Well why would he say I can and why is my meat burnt on the outside and red in the inside. Please do not take my money and give me what you want me to have. I would have never ordered because i do not like dry, red meat! Then she hung up on me. Like no worries. I wont be back.
