Great ice cream—horrible parking and location.
I want to give 5 stars, but this was my first time there, and I know from experience that a lot of places are hit and miss with their services, but I was treated really good, and the guy who took my order answered all of my questions without an attitude. I'll definitely return and hope that all of their staff members are as polite 😊 👍🏽

I recommend the mango sorbet - it is delicious! There are also seasonal vegan flavors and a year round vegan chocolate flavor
The place is packed. Clearly they got the best location. However.... one of the servers clearly does not like the swarming crowds. I caught her rolling her eyes at people wanting to try some of their way out flavors. They do have a great selection.
The strawberry ice was delicious, customer service was great and will be back..

I tried Toasted Pistachio and Caramel fudge brownie and my son had Turtle sundae. Both was so gooooooood. They are homemade. So many flavors they have. Also, i have taste 2 flavors which was flavors of the month. Lavender Honey and Strawberry jalapeno. I loved the Lavender Honey flavor. There was a little line but it was quick. Service, cleanness all was perfect. I was visiting in Cleveland and it was right near my hotel. It was a perfect vibe.
My triple ice cream waffle cone was awesome and huge. I couldn't finish it. Save some for later

Came here with a friend and three kids under 5. This is a great place for kids because of the small tables, trains, coloring materials, and junior size servings.

They're always busy, but they keep the line moving, and you can always just grab a pint or quart and jump to the front to pay.
I've traveled a bit and always check out the local ice cream. Mitchell's doesn't go crazy with their flavors, they just make some of the best ice cream in the country. I miss the peanut butter chocolate chunk!
