Called in a carryout order. Could barely understand the rep who took my order. To say the least my pie was made wrong ac was cold when I picked it up I called to notify the store about the order. After going back and forth with the person who made my pizza I decided to let it go even though he told me to bring it back and he'd remake it. After telling him not to worry about it (for fear that he'd just spit in it anyways) . The guy rudely just hung up on međ€. Terrible customer service. I will definitely spend my money on other places for now on. Terrible how one person can help ruin your business!

I ordered a 10-inch pizza, and what they gave me wasnât even close to 8 inches. I literally ruler measured it. Instead of fixing the problem, they treated me like an idiot. The staff knew exactly what I meant, yet still tried to fool me by pointing at the box and saying, âThis is a 10-inch.â Come on. You could choose to be a good man, been honest. but you chose to treat your customers like this.

I love papa Johnâs really donât have too many issues but why yâall sending out expired coupons, why the little light skinned girl always have an attitude (manager? I hope not). What I find to be so funny is that the coupons claim to be âexpiredâ but the PROMO code thatâs at the bottom still worksssss? HOW! Lol but yet they canât take the coupon in store but still works online!

The female workers in this restaurant are so rude. Me and my family just moved to shaker and love papa Johnâs. We will not be getting our Friday dinner from this location ever again. Very disappointed in the atmosphere and attitude of the workers. I spend almost 50 dollars every time I frequent the business and Iâll just take my money elsewhere.

Why is the app showing the pizza is ready, and itâs not ready? Also, if I ordered meat pizza, why are there pieces with just cheese and no meat? This used to be my favorite store, I donât want to go back. This place has gone down

So I called this place and the stupid AI answered and took my order then told me it would be here by 7:08 then I called again and a lady picked up and she didn't tell me where my food is and she was supposed to be checking on my order and then she hung up on me so then I had to call them back and tell her that I didn't get my order and she was going make me another order so yeah thats how that went like seriously
People if you deal with this store go to the store if you are able and don't pay over the phone glad I didn't do that they need to take that AI stuff off there phone it's stupid
