The workers are terrible. Your food will sit there for 20 minutes and they do not come to the counter to give it to you. The worker with the ankle monitor has the worst attitude. I saw her being rude to several customers.

Ordered pizza to be delivered. After waiting two hours I finally got someone on the phone to be told the GM said they can't make any more orders tonight. Even though mine was ordered and paid for two hours earlier. The staff get high outside and make frequent trips to the liquor store next door. Wonder if that's why I never got my order or money back.

No stars the food was horrible the service was even worst and to make it sad or worst then that the manager should not be in charge of anything I wouldn’t let her watch my dog!!! Her shirt was dirty and if I’m not mistaken it was the same exact shirt with the same spots in the same places from 2 fridays prior !!!!! DO BETTER PEOPLE

Fryer was getting cleaned. Did not get a update for my order, got in to grab it and they told me the fryer was down. Was not able to refund me for the 15 wings I ordered guy behind the counter said "Dispute the charge and you won't have to pay for it" instead of figuring out to refund it. He did give me an extra item for the inconvenience but was not even close to the 15 wings I ordered, customer service was terrible. Wearing headphones checking customers out, not a single worker was wearing non slip shoes but every single one skating across the floor lol goofy. Then had the audacity to look confused when I asked for the sauces I ORDERED AND THAT CAME WITH EVERYTHING regardless if I got my wings or not bc of fault by them. Worst pizza hut I've been to in my entire life.

Another miss for the Chagrin Blvd Pizza Hut. They have yet to get a pan crust right, and this one included about half as much pepperoni and cheese as should have been on it. The boneless wings were cold (but the pizza was hot, so it wasn't the driver's fault), the cheese bread hadn't been sliced, and they did not include the specified dipping sauces requested on my order.

It took a while for the food around 20+ minutes but the taste was excellent.
I placed my order online 1 large stuff crest chicken sausage with 16 boneless chicken for $19.99. Placed my order at 8:15 pm January 25,2025 a text came through saying the order is on it way arrived at 9:15pm. I called the store right away telling them the pizza was burnt the manager told me to bring the pizza back i told them I couldn't that why I had it delivered he said ok will remake another one and delivered it but I have to give them the other pizza I said no problem. Received a text at 9:40 order is on it way called the store at 10:20 manager said it will be there in minutes. Called back at 11:00 another manager answer the phone got hung up 3x saying he trying to put the order in had me on hold for 20 minutes. Finally came back said the order is getting ready give it 30 to 40 minutes wait. Called back at 12:20am twice put me on hold for 10 minutes no one every came to the phone Still didn't receive my pizza

I will never come to this place again. A heavy set woman had an attitude with everyone for no reason. My order sat in the warmers for a good minute and they kept telling me it wasn’t ready until they actually checked. They rushing people out because it’s closing time but could have been had everyone out if they actually checked and seen if people orders was ready instead of just saying 5 more minutes without even checking. I wasn’t able to get my Pepsi I paid for. My whole order was wrong. They gave me two pizza with topping I paid extra for missing. They gave me plain cheese bread when I order the bacon ones and didn’t even give me my sauce I paid extra for. I’m disgusting with this location and will just go back to traveling far and going to the one in Willoughby.
