Terrible service. Didn't get food because it took so long. Orders were backed up. Only two workers in the store and cashier was completely confused. Areas were not clean. Shameful. There was a lobby full of people waiting to pickup orders. A supervisor is needed to make sure orders flow timely. Just terrible!!

They are NASTY!!! They take smoke breaks and take the trash out bare hands and will not wash hands before returning back to work. My order was wrong the girl at the front was pleasant enough to remake the order but after I brung the wrong food back and showed what I ordered the order was still wrong . It’s impossible to get a refund. It was a lazy night for me to not cook but my kids will be upset from now on because it will be no more ordering out especially this Pizza Hut which is convenient because of the location. SHUT IT DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SICK !!!!!!!

Terrible they was using barehands to make people food a customer called them out on it had many orders wrong ..had my order wrong and had to wait another 45 minutes when my pick up was 5 will not go here again .. the girls or one girl didn't even have a hair net place was terrible

Ordered delivery and never even got the food. I ordered 3 hours before closing.. Called more than once and kept getting put on hold/ignored due to it probably being busy inside. I would have kept my $40 if I knew it was bad like this.

The worst experience ever. I waited over an hour in the store for my order after I already placed it 15 minutes before. After 45 minutes I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one. The front girl was trying her best but her counterpart was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate and making food with no gloves (or washing their hands) after a smoke breaks. I will NEVER be back and I encourage you to go a couple doors down to Dominoes for a quicker, more clean experience.

Rude manager $2 dollar personal pan pizza rush and she is outside smoking talking to customers crazy moving from cash register back to food prep area not washing her hands 3 people in the store 1 person making pizza and handing orders manager finally came to help after smoking 2 times new management needed here asap she can’t handle it

I ordered over the phone waited 20 min got there and the kids running the place was outside...I canceled that order because it cost double in the store I ordered online waited an hour crust white on the bottom oh as well as my breadsticks they promise a perfect pizza every time my tuccas...i want a refund and i will never eat hear again puzza hut fell off papa johns is better and thats crazy to say

Horrible location a bunch of kids that talk about clubs drinking and other personal things like the entire establishment can’t hear then cause they are very loud know one is helping the young lady that is doing all the work they are all literally gossiping accept her I feel bad for her she deserves a better team just as good as her they wouldn’t even answer the phone while she’s working register and making pizzas and taking orders 3 girls just sitting watching her my order wasn’t even ready cause she said she was the only one “working” poor girl any way do better stop acting like that at work but I will not be back trust me

I ordered the 30 dinner box. I waited 15 minutes before leaving out . I had to call out “ hello” in the store after waiting a few minutes. The worker was smoking a vape and casually set it on the counter in the back ( food prep area) the sauce for the white Parmesan is lumpy and it’s not hot . The pepperoni one had a large circular indentation on it that actually broke the crust , and left that one deformed. Neither one is properly cut! Each slice tears off raggedy and weird shaped. The cheesy bread sticks are only cut in half . The carmine also doesn’t taste right . The sauce is lumpy .
