I really like their coffee and always leave a good tip. Today I ordered an oat milk cappuccino, and I noticed a shaker with chocolate sprinkles on the counter. When I asked the barista if I could add some to my drink, she said it’s for another drink. I found that response unnecessary and a bit dismissive — a small gesture of flexibility would have gone a long way.

Not the vibe. Place calls the cops on their customers and staff for wanting to unionize.

Give your employees a safer environment to work in instead of firing them because they stuck up for themselves as well as others.
Delicious coffee. I get my beans here every month and the coffee in shop is always brewed to perfection.
I've never been to a coffee place that called the cops on paying customers during business hours for simply wanting to get coffee.

Visited rising star for the first time today and I will 100% be returning. I can't remember who I spoke with on the phone before arriving but she was super friendly, and patient with the questions I had for her. Just stopped in to grab some beans to try for my espresso and I was treated with the same hospitality I received on the phone. Very good quality beans and top notch customer service!
I make it a point to come here everytime I’m visiting Cleveland. The coffee is always so good and reasonably priced, the cardamom bomb is my favorite. And the staff is always very warm and friendly !

Love this coffee and location. Workers are always friendly. I recommend their cold brew and anything with their chocolate sauce or vanilla syrup. They have delicious tea options as well.
