It was very disgusting and the workers are very disrespectful. Especially the female employee who’s more on the bigger side

I ordered on line...I had the american club with Italian bread and bacon on the side..I get there after app said 802..I got there at 827. The gentleman starts making my sandwich and towards the end I noticed my bread was not Italian or bacon on side. I asked the gentleman where is the bacon and stated that is not the bread I requested. He states they were out which is fine, but I should not be able to order if not available. Also my ham was missing on the sandwhich which he corrected with no issue or attitude so applause to him and he gave my bacon on the side as well. My issue with this store is there is always something. I'm 48 and enjoy all types of music, but do not feel there should be vulgar music playing in a business establishment with kids, and older folks that are older than me. Don't get me wrong, 2 songs were okay, but the others after that had me clutching my pearls and down right SHOULD NOT be played in a work place. Above and beyond disrespectful. Will not return and would like my sandwhich made as requested. I have video of the music being played as well. OWNER....Please correct issue with my sandwhich and play decent music or non at all

I got a subway sandwich and asked for extra tomatoes, the lady said four is the regular amount but that isn't true since it has to reach both ends of the sandwich

The heavy set female who work the evening shift does not wait on customers. Shes not friendly, she appears to hate her job. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the guys are more friendlier and will wait on you. There were only 2 customers in line ( myself and another customer) and I had to wait until the gentlemen finished with the customer while she refilled the entire supplies. I work nights so I thought Subway would be an in and out transaction, slow not busy. Nope, had to wait just as long as any other day, waiting in a food line with an abundance of customers. You can tell when the owners are working vs the employees. I thought maybe it would be a one time deal but no, went there a total of 3 times and when I saw the heavy set girl, I just prepared to wait bc she would not help the other workers.
Going here was terrible. Felt super ghetto. Obnoxious music being played. Person who made my food was eating while making the food. Tempted to throw my sub away now…

Customer Service sucked. For starters, I had a 'new guy' working on my order, and bless his little heart, he tried. I could ignore the three people who were there who didn't greet anyone or say anything to anyone waiting in line.What I didn't like is this new guy seemed to be alone with no help!There was someone there to assist slightly but most of the time he was making subs with no guidance doing his best with the basic knowledge he was probably taught on the first day he was trained.Other workers stood there making their lunch and getting ready to head out or simply were taking the next order of customers in line leaving him almost confused. If you're going to have a new guy working either A make sure he's fully trained or B don't leave him trying to figure out things on his own by helping him only when it is time to check-out a customer.My sandwich was disgusting and I won't ever be going back.
On a wonderful day, this was THE WORST restaurant experience I have EVER had. Female employee was UNBELIEVABLY rude!!! - for NO REASON! I was ordering 6 foot longs for people on my job and she was extremely dry ( but I don’t so much mind that ) but I had more than 1 so she seemed irritated at that - to start. I had the written instructions for each order. One sandwich was a Philly cheesesteak. She asked what cheese ( which I thought they come with a standard type of cheese) I asked her to put whatever a cheesesteak usually comes with. She asked did I want sprinkle cheese ( which I was confused by) but I again said “ whatever is usually used”. She started snapping, and put cheddar and other sprinkle cheese- so I asked what’s the issue. You don’t have to take that tone on a beautiful Friday. She said “ I don’t care what day it is!” I replied “ it must be hard carrying so much negativity “. She proceeded to fire more attitude & with all the sandwiches on the counter- I said “ what am I doing- I’m not paying for sandwiches and definitely not attitude!!” Not to mention she was swiping on her phone WITH GLOVES ON WHILE making the sandwiches. I think she thought I couldn’t see - watch video if you have it owner! This store won’t be open much longer with this service. I went to a different location leaving the negativity where it came from and the other location was clean, had GREAT service and were actually happy to help. Give good energy/get good energy. This location at Shaker Town Center is one I- and no one I know will continue to support. Especially with 100% BETTER SERVICE not far up the street! I will be sure this information is spread effective IMMEDIATELY!! This experience was SHOCKINGLY disturbing with undeserved attitude and THE WORST SERVICE. She almost ruined a great mood! The owner needs to know this is what he/she has happening in their establishment when apparently they’re not there. This employee will cost you your business!!! She already wasted plenty of product as the 4 of the sandwiches were loaded with meat and that went to waste. Owner, what are you doing letting this type of employee run your business into the dirt?!? You ought to investigate and review criteria for quality employees. This lady is terrible for your business!!! I just cannot believe the experience! Fix it or just close and cut your losses!

All the staff here, no offense, do not care about sanitary practice and definitely do not practice safe prepping regulations . I came here for lunch out of desperation, and the lady with the Bob hair style (10/24, 1-1:30p) came back from break outside . DID NOT wash her hands. The staff are cool….. but not clean always. :/

Things seemed a bit disorganized, but maybe this was because they had just opened for the day. Subways pride themselves on their fresh bread but my sandwich appeared to use yesterday's bread. Disappointing.

They close "around 8:30pm" according to the employee even though the posted sign says 9pm
