Ordered a roast beef gyro, received a traditional one, which just doesn't taste that good. The receipt even said roast beef, but that's not what happened.

Just ordered from here and the food was good but the fries taste like they were from a week ago and it burned so much that it don’t even have a taste to it. Please do your job and serve your food fresh and hot. Don’t give leftovers cuz I pay money to eat there.

Great experience!! The manager (I think she was the manager bc of different colored shirt) was so friendly!! My 5yr old said, "Mommy she is a good person bc she asks if we're good and we should give her monies!!"

It's rare to get excellent service these days and it was provided here today! The food was fresh and quick. The manager was friendly and chatted with our boys. The restaurant was clean and comfortable!

On 7/22/24 @8:36 pmThe manager named Ms. Kedda was very rude & disrespectful towards me last night when I was on the phone with my girlfriend ordering. I told her that i wanted to the 2 for 6 & she asked me if I was talking to her or someone on the phone & I said I'm talking to u & she refused to take my order after I told her that I wanted the 2 for 6 deal & that I was on the phone with my girlfriend. So, therefore she needs to work on her communication skills & learn how to be more professional & nicer to customers as a manager because last night was NOT professional at all. Thank u!

I ordered 2 beef and cheddar.When I got home, there was only one B/C. I wanted to call, but there is no phone number listed with this location. Very disappointed l heard the lady tell them 2 B/C's. Will not be going back properly to any Arby's.

Tiona is smiling when she takes your order and is very nice at the drive-in window, as well when you pull up. I have to say every time the employees are nice. Food is always right and hot, too!

I have never wrote and bad review in my life. But this really upset me, My first time going to this Arby’s. I’m very disappointed. The food was good! No complaint there . The women wearing grey which I’m sure was the manager was extremely rude. Which I overlooked considering I worked in fast food and understand bad days. But still unprofessional as management but I’m a very understanding person. When I got my food I realized I was missing fries after driving off And got 4 cheese sticks instead. I wasn’t mad a little annoyed the drive thru was busy so I also understood but Went back though waited patiently for the line and speaker and stated I was missing fries and she instantly questioned me about what order I had seeming like I was lying with attitude. When I get up to the window and she stated to me I definitely ordered 4 cheese sticks with my meal that she knew I said it. My receipt definitely differs her statement!!!! And I said no ma’am and explained what I ordered nicely and she rolled her eyes and handed me the fries and gave her the sticks back. I’m very upset considering how nice I was being and the way I was being treated. Absolutely never going back To this Arby’s…..
