First time going here and it was delicious. We each tried a special drink and we got a ton of rolls and buns to try. They were all so yummy! My favorites were the custard roll, the chocolate bun, and the egg steamed bun! We will definitely be back.

My go to place for bubble teas, fruit milk teas and bread. Well prices and good quality. I love the assortments of drink - plenty to choose from and flavors are great and customizable from amount of ice you want to sugar. I would love to try all the drinks but it will take a while. Will keep coming back.

The food was really good, I love the bread had pork on it, and the buns!! Also I love yogurt drink with no sugar! But their service is not good! Actually is really bad, the staff be really sassy with customers, don’t even had a single smile!!!

Quite busy on a Sunday evening. You can order at a kiosk or at the counter. The workers were kind and efficient. My brown sugar milk tea was fine but my friend really liked their fruit milk tea (pineapple green tea). I'd like to try their cakes on another visit! They looked super yummy.

Very rude people they don't even care about customers standing for 20 minutes

The drinks and the buns are great, no complaints but that woman some of the other reviewers mentioned is extremely rude for no reason. No you don't need to be in a conflict with her, rudeness and yelling is free with every order if you decide to interact.

I love everything about Tsaocha. Lovely pastries, tasty bean paste buns, baos. The teas are super yummy. The employees are so friendly and helpful. It is always a fun stop.

I love this place from the bread, buns, egg tarts, and cakes to the boba teas, I’ve tried it all, and it never disappoints. The people here are also so nice. I’m not sure what’s wrong with some of these reviews, but if you order something incorrectly, that’s on YOU. You can’t just abuse your power as a customer to get exactly what you want, even if you’ve been coming here for years. I absolutely love this place! They have delicious drinks with very yummy baked goods and desserts.
The staff is friendly and the shop has a very welcoming energy.
User friendly ordering system, very easy to navigate. And you get your orders in a timely manner.
