The tea tasted SCORCHED and insanely bitter. I've never tasted a tea that made me physically gag. I tried to drink it but it just wasn't edible. I'm the biggest milk tea lover and so I was incredibly disappointed that when we came here on our anniversary it also felt like we were being rushed out despite us still browsing and it being nowhere near close to closing time.

Gotta say im a bit disappointed in this tsaocaa franchise location. I did like the addition of the bakery. The items looked appealing and fresh. Got two teas and a piece of cake. What i didn't like. I am very familiar with the franchise brand and quality, thats why we went there as opppsed to say kung fu or whatever. First. I dont understand the point of the kiosk. Maybe its new or they were having technical issues but the items arent exactly explained well (couldnt figure out what came with what because it wasnt listed, just the name and pic of the items) and we couldnt pay at it so it was really a waste lf time. Second, the staff were rude. The woman behind the counter kept talking to another customer who had already gotten her order. I just stood there amd stood there because i ordered at the kiosk but of course couldnt pay so i had to speak to the counter to figure out if the order was sent, how to pay, etc. Third, i ordered the same tea i get almost always and it was served in a cup half the size as normal. Same price tho. When i questioned her she told me that the tea i got (ruby tea with cheese foam) only comes in med. I tried to ask a bit more because the kiosk doesnt say that and my daugter who got her normal tea and it was the same price and size. But the woman walked off in a huff. I then had to get her attention again because she didnt give us the cake we bought and paid for.Ive been to this franchise all over indiana, chinatown, Illinois, and to similar tea places in asia and europe and this was the rudest and most unwelcome ive ever been treated. We will go elsewhere in the future.

So cute, delicious, reasonably priced. Very elegant baked goods. Love their strawberry rolls! Boba is very good too!
I like this Tsaocha with a small bakery. It is not a big place but there were many choices of drinks, desserts and breads. Their slush was my favorite with salty foam. The tarts also tasted great with abundant baked eggs inside.

A person who you know on discord
my friend ordered a peach oolong tea and they asked him if he wanted foam and he said no, so i went back with his drink and asked if they could remake it since they still added the foam and they proceeded to argue with me about lying about it and said id have to pay for a new drink even though it was there mistake.

The milk is average, the bread is unexpectedly unpalatable, the fillings are too little and the bread is not tasty. I haven’t bought an egg tart yet.
