I’m not sure what’s wrong with some of these reviews, but if you order something incorrectly, that’s on YOU. You can’t just abuse your power as a customer to get exactly what you want, even if you’ve been coming here for years. “Unfortunatelly they are very bad with their delivery orders, they don't prepare them when they received those orders but only if the pick up driver came and asked them to do so, which takes bunch of more time to make.

“I recommend the Red Bean milk tea smooch to anyone with roots in East Asia. (I’m from Japan) The nice employee told me it might be discontinued soon. I don’t want it to be discontinued! It was too good so I drank it too fast and it made my tummy cold… so drink it slowly!
I also love their banoffee crepe (not too sweet!), and my 2 year old son loved the crepza crepe. I’m so happy we found it for him because not only did he eat it but also it doesn’t have sauce in it so no mess!“

“Delicious little boba and rolled ice cream shop! We stopped by shortly after opening on a Sunday and it was quick and easy to order and get our items.We tried the Strawberry Oolong Fruit Tea with Passionfruit Popping Boba; also tried the Banana Pudding rolled ice cream with several toppings. Everything was delicious and they had a wide variety of fun toppings and flavors to add on! Staff was awesome and service was fast. There’s seating right outside the building or a little open seating area right around the corner with chairs and umbrellas.Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!“

“Fabulous steaming hot bowls of Pho with fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts and lime wedges for toppings. That, and hoisin suace, fish sauce, Sriracha, and soy sauce to mix in. ALWAYS try the broth first before adding anything to it as a sign of respect for the chef. The broth is the key for any good Pho and this was amazing!“

I originally ordered strawberry banana with matcha base but the order was mistaken as vanilla for which the staff very quickly fixed the issue and made me a second one. I ended up liking the vanilla more than the matcha! I didn't like the toppings I ordered on the matcha ice cream (animal crackers, Reese's puffs; The strawberry pocky was a better choice among all). I think I enjoy the ice cream with no toppings better! The matcha latte was pretty good, asked for 25% sugar and it turned out perfect!“
