This store is infamously slow, but today I waited over 20 minutes for an online order of four items. One of two drive thru lanes was closed without being marked, so I sat and waited as three others were helped before me. Service staff was rude and unhelpful about this fact. Food was incorrect once and cold the second time, like they'd given me someone else's fries. Don't waste your time or money on this overpriced garbage.

The day shift is the most horrible experience but night shift is usually good. I feel bad because the girl at the counter is slow but at the same time being put on a 10-minute wait to where I had to just leave because there was two cars in the Drive-Thru is absolutely ridiculous. I have been there during night shifts where they have had less help but were more efficient.

Looks very clean inside and out. The bathroom was very clean when I went in once. Smelled clean. Inside the atmosphere felt homey. Very clean and everyone stayed busy. No one hanging out unless they were on break. Very nice staff at this location. Also, handicap availability and plenty parking.

They are always super slow. They won’t take an order in the drive-thru if anyone is at the window. They never get your order right. They are always grumpy and rude. You order a meal and they charge you for everything separately as if you ordered a la carte which makes it more expensive. You order a large drink and they give you a small bit claim it’s really a large. I’m done with this Burger King and I suggest everyone find somewhere else to eat!

It's near impossible to give this place my business. I have a 50 minute lunch break and work only 5 minutes away, but choosing to go here for lunch is a coin flip on if I'm even going to be able to make it back to work in time let alone haven't eaten my food.
Drive-thru wait times 20 to 30 minutes on average and this is without them being busy

Came in to place an order. The cashier was very rude. I went ahead to place an order. The food was ok. The only thing positive was the cook. He gave me my food had a smile and said Thank you and have a nice day. The food was nasty and cold

The manager That is usually there when I use the drive through is great. He is professional but friendly and he is clean. My Food is always hot and fresh When he hands it to me which is really saying something these days.
