The cashier made me wast 2,500 points on your app because she doesn’t know what she’s doing and then I couldn’t even get my food after scanning in 6,000 points because I didn’t bring my wallet and wasn’t aware free entree didn’t mean free entree and had $3 left over.

Had the most bizarre experience at Lebanon US 42 Chipotle this evening. We placed an online order and our friend picked it up. Instead of an organic lemonade that we ordered, there was a fountain drink lemonade. Our friend kindly asked about the mixup and was met with immediate defense and accusations that we were wrong. So our friend calls to confirm, we send him the receipt, and once again, the server tells our friend that it is incorrect. But it clearly said “organic lemonade” on our receipt. The server grabs the manager and they eventually give us the correct drink, but over something so simple?! And then to top it off, the server said “well they’re not even that good” as she handed the drink to our friend. Really disappointing!

When I went to pick up yet, another order they charged me for and never repaid me or delivered. They closed early in the face of everyone. I was watching walk up to the doors and also hung up on me three times with corporate on the other line. pictures were presented.apparently they don’t want me to submit my proof.

The food is good just like at any chipotle. Only problem is you never know if it’ll be open or not. Showed up at 7pm on a Thursday and the doors are locked. No sign or anything. But there’s an employee sitting in the corner that won’t acknowledge any customer coming to the door. I assume it’s online ordering only at the moment, but thanks for the sign?
