I really liked the old location the food quality was great and the staff were polite. This new location is terrible. My first visit The food was so burned it was not edible. I came back for them to remake and they gave me the wrong item. Then my second attempt I found a piece of black plastic in my burrito.. I won’t be returning for a third attempt!

Nobody is working or making food. Brand new location and service sucks. 10 people in line and nobody making food. Chipotle has gone to shit and every one knows it.

Havent been to a Chipotle in years. Wasnt sure how to order. Thatsok, because they walk you through it. The staff we patient with all the customers, and the line went fast. I will try other locations closer to home, but when in this area again we will definitely be back.

I am not sure what happened to the polite, friendly and competent staff that worked at the Chipotle down the street at the location that closed when this new location opened, but let me tell you, this new location is a disaster, all the way around. There is double the amount of people working at the new location versus the old location and the new location line is visually dirty where they slide the burritos and bowls along the line and there is no chance that on any given day you stop by to pick up lunch that they won’t be out of rice, meat, guac or even chips. How are you ALWAYS out of rice? Lunch is clearly their busiest time of day and this location is NEVER prepped for the lunch, that the other location handled so seamlessly. Someone may also need to say, hey, if the line looks dirty, take a towel and wipe off the line between customers. This is really basic stuff.
From staff running around like crazy, having the line staff cut in to make dishes they “forgot” for someone at the cash register, the yelling that they “need white rice at the line” to the kitchen that is literally six-feet behind the line, its an absolute slow moving train wreck. The line staff is slow, non-attentive and watching some of them put food in a bowl is painful. I have been to this new location five times at this point, always for lunch, and not once has this location had white rice. Whoever manages this location needs to be demoted to the line because it is clear, they have no idea how to run, manage or operate a carryout restaurant.

Waited 15 minutes to be served, only 2 people working. Was given a skimpy portion of rice and when I asked for more I was told I'd have to pay for a 2nd bowl. I offered to pay for an extra portion rice and was told thats not how it works, though i have at other Chipotle locations. Left and went to another Chipotle, don't waste your time.

Gave this new location two tries. First try there was food all I’ve the counter by the register, the chips in the large silver buckets are set out in sneezing distance to anyone passing by, and I had to tell the cashier to refill forks. Food was fine. 2nd and FINAL try was just now, at 12:20pm. They were out of veggies already(!) no wait time even given on that, and service was backed up enough where the line was also waiting for a fresh white rice. Not returning to this location ever again. Unacceptable.

The issues with this new location seem to be from management and staff still figuring things out. The staff at the previous Sharonville location right next to where the new one was built worked very well together but I didn’t see any of them when I went.
My biggest issues with the food were the rice was undercooked and crunchy. The portions were also very small. I went at 9pm on a Saturday and a few food items being low or out of stock after the dinner rush is to be expected, but more items were out of stock than normal when the restaurant is still open for 2 more hours.
When I ordered it wasn’t busy but service took longer than normal. This caused a line to back up.
Something weird about the building is the ceiling in the dining room is just exposed plywood and it seems like it opened before construction fully finished.
Overall I hope these issues can be corrected and I’m going to wait a few months to return to this one in hopes that everything gets worked out.

Rice was not cooked fully, hard in some spots, portions were very small compared to standard. Hopefully improvement happens soon

Newly opened. Could have been more helpful when rewards code didn't go through.

This is a review of the new location in the Sharonville Kroger parking lot.
They only moved their location about a third of a mile, so you’d think they’d know how to run the place. Overpriced food that was mediocre at best. We arrived on a Friday night at 5 pm. Everything was filthy, and many of the food items were unstocked. They only had two very inexperienced staff working the line and they couldn’t keep up. They were clueless and slow moving. Curiosity satisfied. Never going back there again. Yuck.

The drive up window is convenient, and not to sound any way, but why have someone whose 1st language is not english in a position with constant contact with English speaking public? It works great until theres an issue. Then the communication barrier causes a back up of the line like I did today. And as others have said, the portions are terrible. The location they closed to open this one was so much better.
I had high hopes for this new Chipotle, but it’s been a disappointment so far. The rice was STILL CRUNCHY, and my order was incorrect again. I really wanted to like this location, but the quality and attention to detail just aren’t there yet.

The old location about 1/4 of a mile south that they closed and replaced with this location was way better. Every time I have gone to this new location, the ingredients (mainly meats, rice, beans) have been overcooked and dry, especially the meats. The last visit, I arrived around 8 and they were out of sour cream, tomato salsa, lettuce and chips. Those aren’t imperative, but I am confused how you run out of those ingredients so early in the night when you’re supposed to be open and operating until 11:00 PM. I imagine sauces normally stay pretty stocked up, but when I asked for a side cup of the vinaigrette, they provided me with a cup containing maybe a tablespoon of the sauce. I wasn’t expecting a gallon of sauce, but this one top of the terrible food and selection is the icing on the cake. Find another Chipotle if you have the time.
