Food was amazing, servers were fantastic.The only gripe I have about my most recent experience were the cashiers. When we attempted purchase gift shop items two of the cashiers simply kept talking, would not service us. They would look but not service or ask if help was need or anything like that. After a minute or so of waiting we simply paid for the meal and did not buy from the gift shop as they were rude.

The first time we tried to visit the Florence, KY location, the site said you were open but you were actually closed. However, we waited for you to reopen and came back. We were so pleased by the renovations made to the outside and inside of the establishment. We were seated quickly by a wonderful server named Ann. She was so attentive and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and recommended some wonderful meals. She even provided alternatives given restrictions we had. Overall,...

We love Cracker Barrel! The only not-so-good thing is they don't have chicken gravy to serve with their really good fried chicken. Well, sometimes their broccoli is under cooked but those are my only complaints about food. You do have to ask for honey & jelly for your biscuits but, no biggie. Sometimes there is a long wait to be seated. When they're really busy, sometimes there's also a wait for your food.
