The man working at 6am on 3/28/2025 was very rude and start saying rude things in his language. He was not polite the moment I walked in the door. I will NEVER return to that store and I will tell other customers not go.

Very rude. Personally witnessed an employee walk out of the restroom without washing his hands. (He flushed but the sink was bone dry, not a drop of water in it.) Place is filthy behind the counter. Pretty disgusting. I walked out without ordering anything.

Ordered a green tea during the evening shift, at around 10:30pm. I asked, just to make sure they had it, and then simply ordered; not really any major concerns there. But when I got to the window, the older guy, snatched my damn card from my hands, like he was mad at me or something, which was weird. I thought maybe I missed something. I'm not sure what was going on, but I honestly don't even feel comfortable going or visiting any of the businesses in the vicinity because the vibes were giving a little sketchy. The green tea was good though...Just try avoiding this location if you're having a bad day...seriously.

The store is clean the staff is friendly, but they don't know what they are doing, every time I go in there my drinks are made wrong and never taste right/like it does at other stores ( i have been there three times) I don't feel they are upholding Dunkin standards, I will go miles out of my way before I ever go there again

This is by far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at ANY Dunkin Donuts! The overnight associate is always rude and short when asking questions about the menu that doesn't work for customers to see what they can order! Do not even waste your time giving ANY business to this location!

Night shift older guy worker is a dick!!!! I went around midnight, I didn’t know what kind of donuts they had, so I asked what kind they had available. He then proceeded to yell through the speaker at me all because I asked what they had left, when I got up to the window I paid, got my things, and told him he didn’t need to be so rude because all I asked was a simple question and then he proceeded to yell at me again but in a different language… 0/10 do not recommend
