This is a 24-hours Dunkin. We came by about 9:45 at night needing 2 gallons of coffee to take off site for my organization. I tried calling ahead with no answer but took a chance and drove the five miles anyway because the website said they sold coffee by the gallon. Dunkin accommodated us quickly and efficiently. Note, the front doors are locked so you must go around the drive-thru to start with, but the gentlemen let us in based on the size of our order. He was very efficient. We will definitely use them again. He provided all of the cream, sugar, stirrers and paraphernalia we needed without having to ask. It's difficult to find large quantities of coffee when places like Starbucks are already closed at night. I was so happy to find a Dunkin open late. I will use them again!

A Black CLUSTER of hair was found at the bottom her hash brown bowl. she has BLONDE hair and even worse it looks like a small piece that was cut. we are appalled and disgusted please do not go here. the girls at the window were laughing at the window as they handed the food and being awkward but we thought nothing of it only to find this. we go here a lot and believe they recognized us. I will be calling corporate but i’m so disgusted and can’t believe this happened.

This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited. It’s the place I always go to. The employees are very kind, attentive, and honest, and they work quickly. I love the service and the fact that they already know my usual order. I also like that the coffee isn’t too sweet and that they always pay attention to the details. If something ever goes wrong, I feel comfortable letting them know because they immediately find a solution. Plus, I can use the Dunkin’ app to make everything even easier!

I am the only customer in line in the drive-through and there’s not a single customer inside. It’s 6:18 PM on a Thursday night not exactly the peak of donut time. I’m trying to get to see my sister Who is hospitalized after a bad car accident and I need some caffeine and something to eat I placed an order for two donuts and a small hot coffee with cream. I’m sitting at the window. I see no one at all in the store at all. There’s no customers nobody behind me. Suddenly I see a guy and I think a gray hoodie and jeans pop out go over and get my two donuts and then he disappears again. I would assume that Dunkin has coffee going probably all the time so I don’t know. What is taking so long this was the purpose of stopping was I saw you had no line so I can get in and get out quick and get on my way and yet I can’t get anybody to give me my stinking coffee and donuts. This is horrible service for Duncan and I see from the other reviews that I’m now seeing apparently this is a pretty stinky place so I’ll go somewhere else For my $6.07 for a small coffee and two stinking donuts

I've been coming to this location off and on for the past 2 years ever since I started working in the area and every single time I come here I ask for a lot of cream and sugar or heavy cream and sugar because that's what I drink in my coffee and almost every single time like 90% of the time they will only give me like two or three creams it has gotten so bad to the point to where I have to go to other restaurants or stop at UDF to get my cream and sugar after buying coffee from this place I just don't understand why this place is so tight with their cream and sugar it's actually infuriating considering how much you pay for the coffee and you can't get what you want but they don't have a problem taking your money it's only this location I've never had this problem anywhere else and I'm not just saying that out of spite it's just like they don't care that's really what it seems like to me every time I'm running behind and I feel like I got to stop here because it's conveniently on the way it's like am I even going to get what I want today😒 it's insane how this place operates

I came here all summer while my usual Dunkin was closed down for renovations and had no issues. Today I placed a mobile order that I was charged for, placed it at the correct location, but apparently it didn’t go through. When I pulled up to the window and said my name for the mobile order they said they didn’t have it. I explained that I was charged for my order, $9.88 to be exact and even had a text message from my bank to prove it. I showed them the text from my bank that I was charged for the order. They refused to make my order because they “didn’t have the receipt” that prints out. He actually said “I am not going to make your order because I don’t have the receipt”. The guy at the window called his boss apparently and I guess his boss told him not to make it and to tell me to reach out to Dunkin online to get a refund. Kind of crazy that they wouldn’t just make my order and the way it was handled did not demonstrate very good customer service. Anytime I’ve had issues at any other locations they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right…not this location. I won’t be back to this location.

I came for a coffee but ended up getting the six dollar meal deal. Not only did they get my food order wrong, the croissant bun was soggy and the hash browns were probably cooked in old Luke warm oil. I shouldn’t have to do this, but I guess I’ll blame myself for not reading the prior reviews.

A person I know is a huge fan of this location, I am not that picky about food but he only goes here and says that all other locations make coffee much worse and always mess up his order. I like this location as well.
