Poor customer service, I will never ever go back that McDonalds, workers seemed like they forced them to work there, having being in the first lane waiting over 15 minutes for someone responding to my orders, in the second lane 4 cars that I came before them their orders was taken, I realized that other cars behind me are switching to the second lane. Finally someone responded and I asked why no responding to the first lane only the second lane, " she told me that do you want your food or not" I said no thank you.

The mixed guy with the puffy hair and tattoos working the drive-through isn’t very friendly at all. He was holding my bag out the window when I drove up, I said thank you, and he just slammed the window shut up. Maybe a better position for him would be working in the kitchen away from customers

This is my 3rd and final time stopping at this McDonald's for Carmel Frappe. I noticed this before and have not visited this franchise for several months. My order was 3 large frappe, when I saw the drinks I questioned the person who placed the drinks on the counter "are these are legally full", reply was "yes that's how the machine makes them".
The other McDonald's Frappe are normally full much like the picture. According to McDonald's, large Frappe is 20 oz. Here is what I received. Works out average given was 17oz, not 20oz

On the internet, all mcdonalds accept ebt cards! Not this store, manager say we a franchise! That shouldnt matter! I will contact corporate hesdquarters & complain! Its called fraud when u advertise something then renig on service when a customer asks for food & denied!

I came here with my wife and 6 week old son. The AC was out with no warning in the 90⁰ summer heat. We ended up needing to eat in our car to escape the heat. The manager told me they had sent somebody out to fix it, but that's a big enough issue that they really have no business offering dine-in when it's that hot. When we stepped outside into the aforementioned 90⁰ heat, it felt like a cool breeze in comparison to the furnace that was their lobby. On top of all that, my wife waited 10 minutes for her food to be prepared before she could eat, even though there was nobody else in the dining room. That's likely due to the fact that the employees were too hot to work efficiently. I don't understand why a corporation as infamously large as McDonald's can't afford safe working/dining conditions.

This was not a good experience. We order our food at a machine. No "hello how are welcome or we are happy to see you". Just many angry faces (or they look that way). Placed out order walked over got our own drinks. No napkins so we got our stuff and the family went to sit down one clean table all the other tables dirty. So the family sat down, I went to the counter to ask for napkins because the self serve was out. I waited and was ignored. I guess it is not thier job to even look at me. Finally I spoke up and ask for some napkins. He did say one word just walk over like he was no happy about do it. Grabbed a big handful and slapped them on the counter in front of me, I guess handing them to me was not part of his job either. I guess for the price low quality food, bad service and a dirty place to sit and eat is what you get. Silly me for expecting more. Thank you keep up the great work.
