I came in at 2 pm first I see a manager not in uniform had on regular clothes.i wanted some ice cream but the whole machine was dirty so I didn’t get it..The whole store was dirty.I will Never come back to this dirty store..Nobody cleans in that store obviously not even the gm because it’s during the day when the gm is supposed to be there y is this store so nasty..I came back at 7:30 to a whole clean store I also seen the night manager the black girl with a ponytail literally cleaning everything and that is sad.Then as a customer to hear everyone say to the manager they got so much to say to the night manager when nobody in here do more than the night manager that’s completely sad to hear that as a gm of another fast food restaurant.It is embarrassing to see this stuff in another fast food..I guess I will only come here when that night manager here..Sorry this is ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible. You should avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Words can not describe how horrible, and incompetent the employees at this McDonald’s are. First, the printer on this kiosk did not print me any receipt. Secondly, the kiosk said to take a marker, and they would bring my order out. They did not. They left it sit up front and get cold. Third, I paid for coffee, and got water, because they told me the coffee machine had broken after I had ordered. My food was very cold, and lousy. The employees are very slow, incompetent, and rude. Every employee including management should be fired, and this location closed down. Not one person working here deserves the low wage they earn. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. McDonald’s corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Never come here. I hope they enjoy the free coffee money they stole from me, because it is the last dime they will ever get from me.

We stop here after church on Sunday nights and the food is always fresh and hot. The drive thru lady is always nice and friendly. Makes a difference for us!

Horrible experience if you eat inside. I have been to this location dozens of times and generally it is above average. Today was the worst experience I have had so far with them. I waited 21 minutes for a Mcchicken and a fry. 2 items. I stood inside and watched as they produced order after order for the drive thru, while my order sat on their screen waiting. It is obvious that they do not treat their customers who come inside to eat, or take it to go as equal to the drive through. So please note, even if the drive thru has 50 cars in it, it will be faster than going inside. I understand that sometimes they have low staff and times might be slower, but it is inexcusable to only fill orders for the drive thru and forget your inside customers exist.
I just want to say that this is the best mcdonald's to visit. Their workers always greet you with a smile, and are always personable. The coffee is always hot and fresh and the orders are always accurate! They really care about customer service here & it shows.

Poor customer service, I will never ever go back that McDonalds, workers seemed like they forced them to work there, having being in the first lane waiting over 15 minutes for someone responding to my orders, in the second lane 4 cars that I came before them their orders was taken, I realized that other cars behind me are switching to the second lane. Finally someone responded and I asked why no responding to the first lane only the second lane, " she told me that do you want your food or not" I said no thank you.
