The manager here is rude ! I placed an online order and had to walk n pick it up but apparently I took too long , then she slung my cup towards me .

Was here about a week ago for baseball tournament. CONSISTENTLY DELIVERED ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. I get ice coffees 3-4 times a day at my regular McDonald’s back home and they have never consistently made my coffees. This McDonald’s never disappointed! Customer service was outstanding during my 4 day visit!

It would be great if McDonald's showed when certain workers are gonna be there so you know when to avoid it since the food and drink is always awful when she makes it.

Saw the reviews and wished I would have went elsewhere. Managed to mess up both meals i picked up thru drive thru ordered thru app. Make sure to check order before you leave if you brave this location.

We never ordered any food. Their shake machine was not working. BIG SURPRISE!

Every McDonald's in this country has an ice cream machine down for a crazy amount of time or waaaay before closing. How about you try to clean them properly every time so they do not have issues and not shutting them down 2 to 3 hours before closing. I know you want to go home just like everybody does after work however if it is available on the app it should be available in the store.

Apparently managers can't take care of customers when food is made wrong. Then their people dont give out receipts. I have to wait until Friday for the GM. I'll get my refund then I guess instead of my food remade, and won't be going to mcdonalds for a while. Deleting the app. I go to mcdonalds weekly. Your loss not mine.
