Got there at 7pm had too wait at the drive thru too order but no customers were on the lot, I got a ten piece chicken McNuggets and a Big Mac, went back to work 2 minutes away from there and my Big Mac was microwaved, I should of known because it was too hot through the bag, it was nasty had to throw it away, my nuggets were okay but I won’t ever go there again, my family and I are done with McDonald’s Good bye, hope y’all go out of business. Peace

Literally had me waiting outside for 30 minutes for a drink. Went around TWICE and they sent me back to the spot I was at and still never came. I just left out of irritation but you should just go to the other mcdonalds up the street with better and faster service.

I had an order that was originally via drive thru for 2 mcChickens no shredded lettuce, nothing else. Paid for my order and aas asked to pull forward. After roughly 5 minutes I went inside to ask about my order, not knowing an employee had went out the opposite side door with my order to take it out. I notified the manager I was waiting for my drive thru order and she proceeded to just start talking to some of the other employees and walked to the back of the store then back up front past me at the counter and proceeded to walk out and tell the person waiting in the car that I had come inside begging rudly for more food after getting my order already, "mind u I had no clue it had bee. Taken out already" and told that manager I was there to get the order ahead knew had just went out.It took me standing there for 7 more minutes before an employee even said a word to me and then was told I'd been given my order already to please leave the building unless I was buying something. Yea way to epic fail shift and on duty manager for Monday January 29th 2024 at roughly 8:30p.m way to show your crew how to behave and show proper work ethic.

Fries were good. Bun seemed a little stale. The zero coke didn't test right and the lady at the window seemed upset when I asked if this was diet or zero. Oh well. Mickey D's can be hit or miss.

Ordered an extra sausage patty for my pancakes 3 days in a row. Thr first day I didn't get it. The second day I sent my for back so they would add it on. The tires day I sent it back again, and the last said it was in there after double checking. It wasn't. ?
