Our local Ruby Tuesday closed down years ago. We were always sad. Decided to go to one while traveling and now we realize why they are closing…. restaurant was in pretty rough shape. V. Food was very mediocre. Service was great, she was the highlight of the visit, but other than that, It was a sad trip to see a childhood staple go downhill

We went for the salad bar and enjoyed it. But we also wanted pasta, but was told they were out. That’s why I gave two stars. Because how you out of two different pastas in an empty restaurant. Lol. But the waitress we had was nice. And not to mention, I ordered some type of strawberry margarita and received a regular one. But I didn’t complain because it was super good.

The food was great when we finally got seated a party. Party of 5 was sitting at a table finished eating and my party of 5 needed to wait to get their table but another party of 5 left so we told them we would sit at different tables because we waited for almost 1 hour and it was in Sunday at 2 p.m. wasn't that busy. Saw server's sitting in the middle of the aisle sitting down in the aisle with her high top table.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Ruby Tuesday. A lot of them in my hometown have closed, and now there is only one operating location left in the greater Cincinnati area (not counting Dayton), which is Sharonville. Just this evening, my friend and I went there, and let me tell you. That location is clearly short staffed, which is why they’re trying to look for more people to work there. I ordered the fish and chips, but they were out of baked fish, so they gave me catfish. It tasted mediocre, but my fries were good as always. As for my friend’s food, his burger wasn’t cooked all the way. While the chips and queso tasted great, some chips didn’t without the dip itself, but unfortunately it didn’t come first before our official dinner. Though, our server was good, but he didn’t bring some things to us soon enough, like napkins that my friend asked for because of mustard that got onto his pants. They only had two people doing the server positions. I’m not saying that the place is bad. It’s not, it’s just suffering from short staffing, at this point. We’ll come back, but we hope Sharonville improves our restaurant experience the next time we come, because that shouldn’t continue to occur to anyone.

Food was salty/overseasoned, meat was undercooked, chicken Alfredo was dry with sauce barely on it.By the time I seen the meat was undercooked I was almost done so I felt disgusted.Just a horrible experience to be honest.
