Ordered food from off the skewer through DoorDash. The chicken kebab was a mess, very oily, barely any chicken. The dish had more peppers and onions than anything else. Definitely not worth $17.00. Would like a fun refund

I made the mistake of thinking this location was be comparable to the one that used to be in Kenwood. Boy was I wrong! This place should be condemned. Its old, run down, dirty, the front door glass hasnt been cleaned in ages. The salad bar was a mess with food all over the place. I had to ask for several options to be replenished. We had to clean out our booth seats because food dropping were in them. Our table was sticky, and the bottoms were bust out the booth seats. Our food was tasteless, and was comparable to a microwave TV dinner. Our server was good. And our adult beverages were good. However, I won't be back.

Aloe Breeze (Joy)

I used to adore Ruby Tuesday as a kid. But now, many years later, I was really sad this time revisiting it for the first time. The food is overpriced for what you get-- $13 for 5 pieces of sad shrimp really shocked me. I also ordered the dulce leches dessert and it wasn't great either, I could barely eat half of it. My friend and I tried the funnel cake sundae as well and neither of us wanted to take more than a bite (don't recommend!!!). He also ordered one of the pasta dishes and also couldn't finish it because it wasn't very good. Our server was helpful and nice, but we were missing utensils/napkins for half our meal. The atmosphere of the store is like I remember it, but the food was just so disappointing. (And no popcorn shrimp, which was my favorite back then)

Stopped there last night after the Browns vs Bengals game (outcome not favorable for the locals) and stood at the hostess stand for a extremely long time. The server was making a salad for an order gave a weird look and said she was going to finish that salad and be right with us. But instead she finished that salad took care of a couple customers at the bar, got another order ready, went back to the customers at the bar and talked for a little bit, then went to go check on her table. There were maybe 5 customers in the whole restaurant and this lady just ignored us untill we got fed up and walked out. I am not sure if it was because we were in browns gear or not but it was rude and unprofessional. This was also our first time ever at a Ruby Tuesday as we don't have them around us so needless to say we won't be back.

First and last time ordering Ruby Tuesday. We ordered delivery. Did not get all of our order. The food we did get was terrible! Nothing tasted good. Even the baked potato was terrible. I didn't even know it was possible to mess up a baked potato. We tried to call 11 times now. No answer.
