I wasn’t really eating Taco Bell like I used to as a teen, but this location is closer to my job, & who doesn’t like TB??!!😁Had a taste for it, plus times are hard, & I included the app right along w/ my other food apps for deals & rewards. It paid off. Rewards come quick, & since a few weeks ago- I have completed my 5th visit. The restaurant is clean, & my food isn’t only delicious, the presentation is there. I hate food & grease outside of the package & I have not seen that at all. Idk if it is bcuz the workers are Mexican, but they do a great job!
I spent almost 50 dollars and my fries were cold and there was barely any meat in all of my tacos. Highly disappointed i didn't drive far either I'm visiting my mother at the nursing home

Their frozen drink machine was down. I think they are trying to compete with McDonald’s.
The way the drive through is set up traps you. I had to reverse out of there instead of just driving forward and passing the person in front.
I instead went to a different Taco Bell.

Went to drive thru ordered taco supreme and burrito supreme. Got home taco didn't have sour cream or tomatoes on it. I've tried 4 times now to call taco bell I keep getting hung up on. I'm very disappointed, havnt had taco bell in long time and was craving it

The hard taco shells must've been stale because they crumbled and fell apart instantly my hands- I could barely eat it. But the employees are fast and friendly.

Stopped in today to try to buy a $40 gift card. The lady at the register totally ignored me for several minutes while they fixed someones order they screwed up "I am not surprised by this at all". Then she told me she couldn't sell me a gift card unless it was $50. Which is total BS. I was able to buy a $40 one at another location. Won't be back.
Inside spotless, staff is very kind and efficient …they have kiosks inside which are super annoying however it’s the way of the world. Staff was great!

We are going back to Columbus Indiana and decided stop to get dinner at Taco Bell. The food was really good and fresh! All workers seems Hispanic! So thank you so much for the fast service and good food!
I had a job 4 hours away. So I drove up worked and drove the 4 hours back. So I had to drive a total of 8 hours yesterday. & on my way home I decided that I was not going to want to make any food when I got home after all this driving. So I decided to drive through the drive-through and get some food for me and my roommate back home. I got home to find half my order missing. & yes I half ass checked the bag when I left but I was tired and wanted to get home. So when I got home to find things missing I tried call 3 times. No answer. So now it’s the next day and I have tried calling twice and still no answer. I had stopped going to this location years ago. && tonight just reminded me why I stopped going. Needless to say I will be back up to get my missing items today but after that this location is back to being dead to me.
