Went to drive thru ordered taco supreme and burrito supreme. Got home taco didn't have sour cream or tomatoes on it. I've tried 4 times now to call taco bell I keep getting hung up on. I'm very disappointed, havnt had taco bell in long time and was craving it

The hard taco shells must've been stale because they crumbled and fell apart instantly my hands- I could barely eat it. But the employees are fast and friendly.

Stopped in today to try to buy a $40 gift card. The lady at the register totally ignored me for several minutes while they fixed someones order they screwed up "I am not surprised by this at all". Then she told me she couldn't sell me a gift card unless it was $50. Which is total BS. I was able to buy a $40 one at another location. Won't be back.

We are going back to Columbus Indiana and decided stop to get dinner at Taco Bell. The food was really good and fresh! All workers seems Hispanic! So thank you so much for the fast service and good food!
I had a job 4 hours away. So I drove up worked and drove the 4 hours back. So I had to drive a total of 8 hours yesterday. & on my way home I decided that I was not going to want to make any food when I got home after all this driving. So I decided to drive through the drive-through and get some food for me and my roommate back home. I got home to find half my order missing. & yes I half ass checked the bag when I left but I was tired and wanted to get home. So when I got home to find things missing I tried call 3 times. No answer. So now it’s the next day and I have tried calling twice and still no answer. I had stopped going to this location years ago. && tonight just reminded me why I stopped going. Needless to say I will be back up to get my missing items today but after that this location is back to being dead to me.
Taco Bell is what it is and I'm not going to get into a debate about the culinary aspects of it. What I will talk about, however, is the operations -- how well a particular location is run. I find that the Sharonville Taco Bell is very well run. Everyone is friendly, food comes out fast. What else could you ask for?
So if you find yourself in Sharonville and have a craving to "make a run for the border" I can fully recommend the Sharonville Taco Bell.

Love this place, staff is always caring, management is always welcoming. Great food, quick and hot always. I've shared many laughs, many tears, I've made many memories here and can't wait to make many more. I have been going here as a child and plan to bring my children here as well.
