A $1.60 to add steak to a taco. Got a few steak bits. This taco costs $4 and change. This is substandard. I don't blame the employees, this is an owner problem. I order the same thing on Redbank, I get what I order with reasonable portions.

Nothing was noticeably wrong except the sink in the men's bathroom was coming away from the wall and the toilet didn't seem attached correctly to the wallVegetarian options: Order Kiosk has a option to only show vegetarian options which is really nice.

Update: They have installed kiosks, where you have to order thru. No one will come to the counter. The tortilla was so tough that I couldn't even bite through it. It was a terrible Crunchwrap meal.-It's everything that you would expect from a fast food taco bell. The staff was friendly and accurate at this location.

Food is pretty good, but the workers act like the ingredients comes out of their paychecks, although the company constantly raises their prices but lowers the quantity & quality. It’s ridiculous!

Best Taco Bell around. You get what you pay for everything, if there is a mess up they fix it with no problems even if management pays out of her own pocket. I love this place and would travel a great distance to eat here. Taco Bell this is your training site. Way to go Sharonville!!

When we got home we noticed we half our order was wrong so we tried calling multiple times no answer so went ahead and ate. the potatoes were so hard I couldn't chew them and my fiance found a strip of what looked like plastic in his taco it was about 3in long. So we drove back there and the only thing they did is act like we were lieing and gave us like 3 dollars back. Never will I ever eat there with my family again. They are lucky my 1 year old wasn't eating that taco and choke on that plastic.

they wont listen to you when you special order, asked for no meat on my breakfast crunchwrap and i got bacon, they have nothing to offer people who know what they want.Vegetarian options: i wouldnt trust them though

My wife went here with our kids 9/19/2023 in drive thru about 8pm- 8:15 pm. Not only was the food incorrect, but the employees were going to the window just to hit on my wife in front of our kids, making inappropriate comments. So I called to tell them she was uncomfortable and let the manager know what was going on. I got hung up on twice. Well that's fine hang up. But this is not the end of it. I'll also be contacting corporate.
