My first Top Pot and Korean BBQ experience. I brought my team as part of a work outing and we had a great time. Thomas was our server and he was so wonderful. He was patient, very helpful, and attentive to our party. We had a group of about 12 people and came right in around 3pm so the location wasn't too busy. The food was delicious! Service was perfect! Overall a great experience!

Amazing restaurant! The service was very attentive to when we needed refills on food and drinks. Wide menu with lots of options. I highly recommend this place for group outings or even date night!

Disappointing

The food here is amazing! Everything tasted super fresh, and the quality of the meat and vegetables was excellent. You can really tell they pay attention to freshness and flavor. Great service and fun atmosphere too definitely one of the best K-BBQ spots around.

My family and I have come here a few times due to the food being good mixed with the atmosphere and service being great. We also follow up dinner with a little karaoke and that experience cements it as one of our go-to family spots.

One thing I don’t like is I can’t check the bill, when they asked me to sign on Ipad, I couldn’t check if it’s right and if it’s include tip, I looked at the bill (just gave me total number, not detail) and the price, something wasn’t right. Hope next time they can give customers all details on the bill.

Absolutely horrible soon as me and my friends were seated we got a waiter with a terrible attitude everything she places on the table she slammed it. We weren’t explained anything about the menu when ordering we felt rushed especially because of the waiter’s attitude . I would never come here again the waiter couldn’t even give us a friendly hi or even a smile til it was time for us to leave and pay then she wanted to act all nice ask questions just to see if she could get a tip. While choosing our option to not tip obviously she even peeked over at the screen and had an attitude on her face. This felt like a racist attack because we saw her reactions with white customers and she was way more friendly. Long story short if ur not WHITE they do NOT want to serve u pls do not give them ur money. Also the food was terrible not worth the money nor the time.

A nice sit down place for Hot Pot and Korean Style Family BBQ. Plenty of options on the menu. Everything was very clean and our waiter was excellent.
For the BBQ side, I'd recommend the Bulgogi Beef, it was super tender and had just the right amount of sweetness.
For the Hot Pot, I can't pass up the Enochi mushrooms alongside the fatty beef. For broth I did the #11 Tomato Oxtail and it was absolutely delicious.
They have All You Can Eat for either BBQ or Hot Pot options or both for around $35/person when we went. If you love freshly cooked food and plate after plate of deliciousness, this is a good spot for you.

My first experience in this specific location was nothing short of amazing. My cousin Cinnamon and I were first timers here. Naturally, we asked for much help and instructions on how to do things..This is where our server Andy came in and he really had main character energy! He was calm collected and very patient with my cousin and I. The food was great, basically all you can eat for $33.00. At first I was skeptical but it really was all you can eat! All the ingredients were very good quality which equated to great taste! I just want to say thank you to Andy for being such a great host, he really was integral to such an overwhelmingly positive experience. If you're having a bad day and you somehow end up at this Top Pot. I can only hope you're met with Andy, he will surely make your day a better one.

Had diner with fam. Dumplings were delicious, hot pot meat wasn’t as good but grill was great.
