We eat at waffle houses around the Tri State area and this is one of the best locations in Cincinnati. The staff is always friendly and helpful! They go out of the way to make sure you're satisfied. Michelle, the cook, goes above and beyond what other Waffle House cooks do. She makes you feel welcomed and at home, and the food is prepared well! You would think that all of the Waffle House restaurants food tastes the same, but it is noticeable better here.

I went to the other waffle house on Sharon rd & the chick couldn't take my order bc she didn't have a book. Drove straight to the one on reading rd & they got me right!

Only 1st shift breakfast crew . They’re horrible . Always have to ask for my waffle with the all star breakfast . Raisin toast always hard and burnt . They got mad I asked for a waffle the they forgot the first time . So I came told them about the mistake . Waited patiently and got a burnt waffle 🧇. This time everything was cold and burnt but how the butter didn’t melt on Burnt toast. The food was nasty so I ate the cold sausages and some eggs because I was hungry lol .

I’ve never been treated so rudely I’ve been to this location before great service but for some reason, even though there’s three employees behind the counter one cook two others I don’t understand why there’s dirty dishes on every table and why I’m not allowed to sit where I want and I don’t understand why the cook has to be so rude and disrespectful. I’m a grown man not a child. I was willing to take the dishes off the table and put them somewhere and clean off the tables. I have nothing else to do for the rest of the day it’s the weekend. It’s about 6:15 in the morning on a Saturday.
