Food was perfect. Cook was on point. Server was new. Had two tables...couldn't handle two tables. Paid exorbitant amount for pop....couldn't get refills. Just not a great experience but the food was great!
We eat at waffle houses around the Tri State area and this is one of the best locations in Cincinnati. The staff is always friendly and helpful! They go out of the way to make sure you're satisfied.
Michelle, the cook, goes above and beyond what other Waffle House cooks do. She makes you feel welcomed and at home, and the food is prepared well! You would think that all of the Waffle House restaurants food tastes the same, but it is noticeable better here.

5.25 - Again these ladies didn't disappoint.
I went to the other waffle house on Sharon rd & the chick couldn't take my order bc she didn't have a book. Drove straight to the one on reading rd & they got me right!
