We waited about 30 minutes as next in line, people left, but the staff would not clear the tables! We left to another restraint, and I believe we were still seated, and ordered sooner than if we stayed?

Mel oh Mel, how sweet you are, the way you run this waffle house, will make me come a far. Lemme be fr tho, Mel is such a sweet person and i really loved the effort each and every worker here put into my food. Love it!!

I do love an awesome Waffle House. While on the road I hit up one of my favorite breakfast/brunch places.
Service was attentive to get my order, but then fizzled toward the end. My order was an Allstar with bacon and coffee. Everything was fine, but no check on me, no refill on coffee.
A tad disappointing, but the food was on par even though the service slipped. I probably would not return.
I came here 2 years ago around this time with work… and decided to come back today… and also came back that night… I saw Chris in there and another guy that was super Nice … the food was Great as Always… Dude knows how to cook! and u want to talk about service… after 2 years Chris remembered me coming in… Hats off to these guys Thanks ? Again

This may have been one of my worst experiences ever at a Waffle House - and I LOVE Waffle House. Ordered Texas Cheese Steaks and Hash Browns. The Hash Browns were wrong, and the Cheese Steaks had both burnt bread and burnt meat. My husband's sandwich had an enormous hair in it and when we showed it to the staff they had a field day coming up very loudly across the restaurant with theories as to what it actually was and that it was definitely NOT a hair, etc. Extremely unprofessional staff, and bad food. Will never visit this location again.
My friends husband left his wallet in the waffle house earlier in the day. Around 11 pm he realized he left it at dinner. Mind you it had 1000.00 dollars (for vacation) in it . He called the restaurant and they had it locked in the safe. Problem is only the manger has the key and they don't come in until 7:30 am and our flight leaves from CVG at 7 :00 am. The person working called the manger and begged them to come in and she did. Long story short the money was all there and the restaurant employees went above and beyond. Thank you.
