Consistently messes up orders, missing items, slow. They will fix the mistakes, but it happens so often it's obvious that the employees at this location do not care at all, and do not know how to read an order.

We went through the drive thru, we had to wait 5 extra minutes for our food. Our ENTIRE order was wrong. Wrong toppings, wrong drink, wrong sauce, and they forgot our frosty. It was not crowded at all, so it isn't like they were busy and couldn't get it right.

This wendy's regularly has the freshest food of any I stop at. My one issue is that when I pull up to the drive-thru a robot asks what I want, I start talking, and then a human has to tell me to hang on.
Get rid of the robot. I'd rather just wait in silence. If you really need the robot, have it say that someone will be with me shortly or something.

I just went through the drive thru, not many people. I ordered 2 plain junior cheeseburgers. got to the window asked for ketchup with them he said "yea". I pulled over to eat before going back to class and the sandwiches were not plain and no ketchup in the bag. a super simple order. I cannot eat specific foods. the edges of both burgers are burnt to crap too and tastes like dog crap. all in all this was thee worst Wendy's experience I've ever had hands down. not like I was really hungry or anything. thanks for ruining my lunch. all you had to do was make 2 small burgers plain. its not that difficult.... now I understand why fast food workers get paid what they do.

I wish I could give a good review on the food but they forget so many things. I can't really form an opinion if I never eat what I order. The service here is absolutely garbage.

Someone tells you what they want you to put in a bag and then you put it in a bag and charge them the correct amount that a computer screen tells you to.

There it is. That's the job. And yet THIS location continues to get lost in that process. God help em. There's got to be a gas leak or something.

0 if I could! Been sitting here for 20 minutes. Makayla charged me for sauce I never received. Also gave me the wrong order. Once correct order was received, my food was cold. Restaurants need to stop hiring disrespectful teens.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Ordered simple items off the value menu, paid, and was told they would bring it out to my car. After waiting 10 minutes I went back to the window, and the employee acted like they had no idea what I was asking for, before another employee claimed my order was waiting on “fresh meat”. What I eventually received were old, overcooked hamburgers on stale buns and cold fries. Will never stop at this location again. Hopefully it’ll be shut down with others the company is planning to shutter.
