“I am a doordash driver and I had multiple pickups at this location last night. The staff were all very friendly and polite, and they all were working hard. Nobody was sitting around on their phones or anything. Service was quick and enjoyable. I do a lot of deliveries late at night and at fast food places such as this the service is usually very poor and slow late at night but at this location the service was exceptional, so much so to the point that I felt compelled to leave a review.

“So many good things to say! The staff are so incredibly nice and friendly, their oreo frappe is delicious, and prices are comparable to other coffee shops around. They have a nice assortment of food and desserts and large drink menu. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!”

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.”

“Amazing service! I have a food allergy and asked if one of their sandwiches contained the ingredient. They went above and beyond to try to figure out if the food contained the ingredient and came out and talked to me about why the food was taking extra time. They couldn't find if the ingredient was in the contents, even after calling and texting and so I ordered something different. When my food was delivered, it had already been paid for. Very kind people and amazing service.”

We tried a variety of dishes including an appetizer of fried zucchini, gyro, wild caught salmon, moussaka, and steak and chicken souvlaki (kebabs). All were delicious. Our server was friendly, efficient and accommodating.”

“I stopped by here for the first time yesterday with my daughter, and I’m honestly grieving for all the lost past time that I didn’t know about this gem. I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind. I know we will be walking over way more often now.”

“I’ve been excitedly waiting for this location to open since I work right down the road. Stopped by for lunch today and ordered my usual- half slab of ribs, fries and green beans. Plus a couple bottles of my favorite sauce of all time, Sweet City. Delicious as always. The ribs seemed even meatier than I’m used to at the other locations I frequent. Lemonade was great too.”

We don’t get to visit often as it’s a bit of a drive, but are so grateful to have Portia’s when we have some extra time. Portia herself is quite an amazing person. I think she’s just a doll 🤗”

“On November 12th my daughters threw a surprise party for my 70th birthday at Vittoria. Being in the Columbus area for only 3 1/2 years, I had not heard of Vittoria. If I had, I would have gone there frequently!! The private room we were in was gorgeous, as well as the little bit I saw in the main dining area. Food was absolutely delicious!! I love a good spaghetti, but theirs was sensational. There were 4 little kids there ...comments from two of them..3 year old girl: "that's the biggest meatball I've ever seen" 10 year old boy: "best chicken fingers I've ever had!" I've never had such great service anywhere I've gone. He was friendly, courteous, on top of everything. We had 22 people there, and I don't think it fazed him a bit. I just loved him!! I just loved this place and my hub and I will be back soon!! ❤️ ❤️”
